1. Health and Safety Recce:
Locations and plannedday of shoot
We will have three locations; on the bus, in a
school playground (Ruislip High) and in a dark
room (possibly in one of our houses or at
Ruislip High)
We plan to shoot over a time period ranging
from the 30th
of Decembertill the 5th
of January.
What equipmentwill be taken?Who will be
present?What props are required? All four member of our group; Farzeen, Sophie,
Jess and Olivia will be present. The equipment
we will be taking is a camera and a tripod. We
will need mis en scene props; a knife and
headphones.
What are the potential hazards associated with
the location?
Whenfilmingonthe bus we will have to
take care getting off and on as there will be
traffic nearby, inthe playground we will have to
make sure that the area is clear and no hazards
on the floor potentially causing someone to
trip. Also the same in the dark room, as the
light will be dim and we won’t be able to see as
much so will have to make sure the area is clear
Is there water at the location(pond, swimming
pool,waterfall)?How will this be plannedfor? There is no water at the location.
What are the risks associatedwith the general
public?How will these be dealt with? A risk will be people not wanting to be in the
background whilst we are filming, we will deal
with this by asking people surrounding our
camera shots and the setting whether they
mind being filmed.
How will the equipmentbe stored duringthe
shoot? All equipmentnot beingused will be stored in a
camera case with someone holding it at all
times.

2. How will the equipmentbe stored afterthe
shoot/overnight? We will split the equipment between the four
of us and each take responsibility for the
equipment and take it to our houses and put it
in a safe area.
