1. Health and Safety Recce:
Locations and planned day of shoot
Our first location will be one of the bedrooms in Lauren's house. We plan to shoot there
on the first and fourth day of filming. On the first day we will be filming Rose (Luna)
looking sad and disillusioned with her identity- we will introduce the narrative and our
artist. On the fourth day, we again, see Luna, looking sad and disillusioned, however,
this time, for different reasons.
What equipment will be taken? Who will be present? What props are required?
The equipment we will use for this location will simply be a camera and tripod. All
members of the group will be present; Rose (Luna), Ben for editing, Robyn for directing
and Lauren as camerawoman. On both of these days of shooting in this location, all
members will be present. Props for this location will simply consist of a combination of
old and new clothes, as well as polaroid pictures of Luna before and after.
What are the potential hazards associated with the location?
Lots of people cutting in front of the camera, extra noise/disturbances, and any
substances that could potentially cause damage to our equipment.
Is there water at the location (pond, swimming pool, waterfall)? How will this be
planned for?
N/A- There is no water present at our location that would cause significant damage.
What are the risks associated with the general public? How will these be dealt with?
N/A- We are filming in a bedroom, therefore we will not be in contact with the general
public on these days shoot.

2. How will the equipment be stored during the shoot?
Everyone is responsible for each piece of equipment they use in the scene, so they will
carry it from different locations.
How will the equipment be stored after the shoot/overnight?
The equipment will be locked away in the media store cupboard.
