What are the potential hazards associated with the
location?
We are filming in a public field, led to be aware of
other people, not filming anyone in the background.
Also need to be aware of out equipment, someone
to keep an eye on it, so it doesn't go missing or get
knocked over.
Is there water at the location? How will this be
planned for?

What are the risks associated with the general
public? How will this be dealt with?
Making sure none of the general public are being
filmed. Make sure that our belongings are watched
at all times.
How will the equipment be stored during the shoot? Equipment will be stored in its protective case when
not being used
How will the equipment be stored after the
shoot/overnight?
Someone in the group will bring it home and keep it
in safe place till it is ready to use the next day
