 First of all in my area there is no shopping malls or big
  show rooms.so I donot have the opportunity to take
  photos of these shops.
 Quality of the products speaks more than any other
  advertisments in these shops.
 Shop owner &employees know name &address of the
  customer in most cases.
 They help with the customers in knowing about the
  products in their own language(multi cultural society
  lives in our town)
 When there is a need to purchase we go in
 Door is open till the closing time of the shop
 Comfortable
 Name board Big but not flashy.
 Name board implies Quality of the product
plain. Feel like in home
Cement floor .In rainy days the floor sometimes get
   dirty.
Normal lighting
Normally calm environment .
There is no music playing in the background
Airy &normal temperature
It is crowded with things
No distinctive smell
 cash registry is located near the entrance
 No security
 As long my purchase is over I will stay in the store
The environment influence the vlaue of things
 Immediately the owner & sales person initates
    contact.owner will wish & receive you in a friendly
    manner.
   Yes he will treat them according to their age.
   Customer to salesperson ratio3:1
   Yes .the sales persons using the store products
   The sales persons donot have uniforms.
   sales persons match the stores image
 Sache pockets like shampoo,coffee powder like things
  they are hanging like rippons
 Yes central display of products.
 Products are arranged in the order of function
  ,price,brand
 cosmetics,dail use food products
Groceery items
Expensive products are placed in somewhat higher
  &behind closed glass doors
 Most of the time customers are accompanied with
    family &friends .
   Middle age,children.
   They walk in the same path
   About minimun 10 to20 minutes maximum 1hour
   Yes customers touch the products &encouraged
 Most of the shops located near places like
  banks,hotels,parks,or other meeting palces of the
  people.
 When the product is not upto the satisfaction of the
  customer the shop owner replace it or refund
 Many of the shops get advertised by customers voice.
