1. As the faculties took the training sessions for the improvements of the employee

   skills and abilities.


2. These training sessions helps the employees and management to improve their

   organisational as well as personal skills.
3. As training mainly focus on general and attitude and managerial sills to develop

   the personal and organisational level skills.


4. The training is conducted according to the Needs of the employees and

   management for their personal as well as the organisational achievement of goal.


5. No Training gap is found in the training conducted by the above faculties and the

   training need find out in the organisation among employees.
