*Set the team goals and set individual goals.
*Monitor and measure the progress of the team project.

4. Team working
A team that works together in synchronized order, is like a machine
perfectly tuned to work smoothly. A team should consider the
following in order to due effective work.
*Delegate responsibilities and tasks.
*Resolve conflict with team members constructively.
*Give feedback on individual performance and outcomes.

5. Team Communication
Team communication is essential to continue working. In order to move
forward as a team, it is required that when the team communicates, the
individual needs to be clear and precise.
*Motivate the team members
*Coach team members (If you have more experience, than share)

6. Team members relationship
Working in a team for the first time with new people can be intimidating.
Keep an open mind, and be respectful of each individual’s opinions.
*Develop the skills of the team members.
*Possible, within teams, break up in pairs.
*Each team member should be accessible, through communication
means, and spirit.

7. Team decision-making
Decision making can be hard, especially in teams, and it is even harder
if no one ceases to come to a compromise.
This does not mean there can not be constructive delegation.
*Be open-minded.
*Be inclusive.
*Try to have everyone’s approval on final decision.
