I am a graduate in Civil Engineering having more than 42 years of professional
experience in India and UAE out of which I have over 32 years experience in the
construction of several prestigious bridge projects. I have also acquired additional
qualification in Law and Business Management which helps in correct interpretation/
implementation of contract conditions and timely completion of the projects.
I have vast experience in construction supervision, repair, rehabilitation and maintenance
works of construction for bridges with open / well / pile foundations. I also have knowledge
in concrete mix design, cable laying works, reinforcement operations, launching of girders,

specifications. I have thorough knowledge of technical and practical aspects of

for both direction of traffic with 1200mm diameter 18 m to 20 m depth pile foundation.

Inspect the workmanship, check compliance with the specifications and exercise quality
control in all construction activities.
Supervise or perform tests on materials and/or work.
Rehabilitation of existing bridge / structures comprises of repairing of substructure with
epoxy mortar plastering, grouting of RCC girders with epoxy resins, replacing/removing
the corroded steel and socketing of pier shaft.
Approve or disapprove the Contractor’s plant and equipment.
Removal and substitution of proper materials and/or works, if required.
Check/monitor the progress of the work and suggest corrective measures.
Implement modern bridge construction techniques and international best practices.
Examine and attend the measurement of the completed works.
Check the Contractor’s accounts, invoices, and other statements.
Supervise the contractors’ work in all safety matters.
Maintain day-to-day project diary, which shall record all events pertaining to the
administration of the contract.
