• Project-1: Detailed Project Report and Construction Supervision for
improvement and strengthening of Road network in Nagaland –
Length 83 Km of 2 lane road. Mokokchung-Wokha, Longleng
Champang and Kohima – Phek, Project Cost: INR 1660 million.
The Project involved large volumes of hill cutting, construction of retaining
walls, breast walls, cross drain structures, metal bridges, causeways, and high
embankment filling with boulders, to put through the alignments in this
difficult mountainous terrain.
• Project-2: Detailed Project Report and Construction Supervision
and Maintenance of alternative route, 2-laning of NH-39 from
Dimapur to Kohima, length 56 Km in a span of one year involving 5
major bridges and number of cause ways and culverts, Project Cost:
INR 1550 million.
This alternative alignment connecting Nuiland – Chumkidema – Pherima -
Chumukdema - Kohima an alternative road during second world war, but
abandoned later, was required by state government as well as Army to
counter the threat of militants for the vehicular convoys. Developed by Army
and State.
The alignment passed through altitude ranging from 500 m to 1500 m. Thus

involvement of large volumes of rock cutting, construction of retaining walls
and breast walls.
