green line of the new Doha Metro Project in Qatar. This project consists of 16.6 KM of Twin bored tunnels,8
underground stations, build at a depth of 20 meters. This project spans from Mushreib(central station ) through
to Education city and on to Al Rayyan. This Project is essential in the delivery of the 2022 FIFA world cup and is a
key contributor to Qatar's 2030 Vision. The contract comprises the Design and Build of all works, The 6 TBM's all
of which are Earth Pressure boring machines with a diameter of more than 7 M will mine simultaneously and 37
cross passages by NATM (New Austrian Tunneling Method)

5. Roles and Responsibilities:
• Site management, which include getting the job done as per specifications by utilizing minimum
resources so as to complete the job within budgeted cost, time and without compromising Quality &
Safety.
• Preparing Work Methodology in order to have a control over resources and finishing the job on time.
• Installation of DG Sets (125 KVA – 1010 KVA), routine checking and maintenance of synchronizing
panels, Circuit breakers of synchronizing panels.
• Installation and maintenance of Compact sub stations (250 KVA-500KVA), Transformers (250 KVA-3.15
MVA).
• Installation of 33 KV/11 KV Switch yard.
• Perform all internal and external audits on behalf of the companies management
• Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation
submittals.
• Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports.
• Coordinate all Execution related correspondence with the Client’s representatives.
