Support | | | | - Submit Question or Concern | | - Tracking Orders The diagram shows the user at
the top, with arrows pointing down to the system. The system is divided into four use cases:
Browsing Products, Checking Out, Contacting Customer Support, and Tracking Orders.
Browsing Products includes two sub-use cases: Search Products and View Product Details.
Checking Out includes three sub-use cases: Review Cart, Enter Shipping Information, and Enter
Payment Information. Contacting Customer Support includes one sub-use case: Submit Question
or Concern. Tracking Orders stands alone as a separate function from the others.
