Before you update the price, let’s understand :
1- What is MSP (Maximum Selling Price)?
Maximum Selling Price or MSP is defined as the maximum price at which a particular product can be sold on
Paytm Mall. This is a pre-calculated values & is denied based on the pricing behavior of the product in the last
30-90 days. Product’s selling price can never be greater than MSP or the MRP.
2- What is MOP (Minimum Operating Price)?
Minimum Operating Price or MOP is defined as the minimum price at which a particular product can be sold on
Paytm Mall. This is a pre-calculated values & is denied based on the pricing behavior of the product in the last
30-90 days. Product’s selling price can never be lesser than MOP.
3- Is there any limit on increasing/decreasing the selling price?
Yes, you can’t increase or decrease the price beyond a pre- defined maximum variance. It means you may
increase/decrease the price of a product within a certain set range defined at category level. Also, price can
only be updated by certain number of times within 24 hours.

4. How to edit the price one by one ?

Enter the New MRP, here you have to enter unit wise MRP
Click on Done

Enter the New Selling Price, here you have to enter unit wise selling price

Click on the calculator to view the expected payout of your product

Click on Download CSV of Selected Columns
Edit the price and products in bulk via the seller panel

12. The Excel file will get downloaded to your computer
Edit the Price and MRP
Here you have to enter unit wise
prices
Remove all other columns except
Product ID, Price and MRP

14. Click on Upload Updated CSV Choose the file and click on Upload
The prices will be updated. To see the
changes, refresh the page.

Note – In case of any error, an error file will be downloaded in the File Center.

Here you have exceeded the count of the price update which are allowed for a day. Here, selling price can
be updated the next day
