2. General guidelines to update the price
Before you update the price, let’s understand :
1- What is MSP (Maximum Selling Price)?
Maximum Selling Price or MSP is defined as the maximum price at which a particular product can be sold on Paytm Mall. This is a pre-calculated value
& is decided based on the pricing behavior of the product in the last 30-90 days. Product’s selling price can never be greater than MSP or the MRP.
2- What is MOP (Minimum Operating Price)?
Minimum Operating Price or MOP is defined as the minimum price at which a particular product can be sold on Paytm Mall. This is a pre-calculated
value & is decided based on the pricing behavior of the product in the last 30-90 days. Product’s selling price can never be lesser than MOP.
3- Is there any limit on increasing/decreasing the selling price?
Yes, you can’t increase or decrease the price beyond a pre- defined maximum variance. It means you may increase/decrease the price of a product
within a certain set range defined at category level. Also, price can only be updated by certain number of times within 24 hours.

3. How to edit the price one by one ?
Click on the Catalogue Tab Click on this icon to edit the MRP
To edit the MRP and selling price of a single product, follow these steps

Enter the New MRP of the lot Click on Done

Click on this icon to edit the Selling Price

Enter the New Selling Price of the lot Click on Done

7. How to edit the price in bulk?
Click on the checkbox to select all the products Click on Download CSV of Selected Columns
To edit the price of products in bulk via the seller panel, follow these steps

Select the list of products and click on Download button

Edit the Price and MRP, here you have to enter lot wise prices
Remove all other columns except Product ID, Price and MRP
The Excel file will get downloaded to your computer

10. How to edit the price in bulk?
Click on file option and save the file on your desktop
Note- File name should not contain any special character & space and format should be .csv

11. How to edit the price in bulk?
Click on Upload Updated CSV Choose the file and click on Upload
The prices will be updated. To see the changes, refresh the page.
Note – In case of any error, an error file will be downloaded in the File Center

Here you need to set the price within the given range

Here you have exceeded the count of the price update which are allowed for a day. Here, selling price can be updated the next day

Here you need to reduce the selling price, which should be less than or equal to MRP
