Reporting to the Vice President of Operations and managing the broker
service team to coordinate all state and carrier appointment for inside
and outside brokers. While submitting monthly reports to higher
management on budget, appointments and training.
LEAD MANAGER • HEALTHCOMPARE, A WORD AND BROWN
COMPANY • JULY 2008 – MARCH 2014
Reporting to Senior Vice President of Sales, to manage all Leads into the
call center and assure that all Key Point Indicators are being met to
accomplish daily, monthly, and yearly activity and goals. Completed
weekly and monthly reports and audits to identity that all leads were
worked and identify and adjust sources if needed as well as including
monthly audit and reconciling invoices for lead vendors.
COBRA CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE • CONEXIS, A WORD
AND BROWN COMPANY • JULY 2007 – JULY 2008
Reporting to COBRA Operations Manager, coordinating all COBRA
activities with clients, brokers, insurance carriers and other vendors to
assure their COBRA administration.

LEGAL, INC. • MARCH 2001 – JUNE 2007
Submitted all requests for Worker’s Compensation documents including
all Worker’s Compensation subpoenas and personal injury case records.

VOLUNTEER EXPERIENCE OR LEADERSHIP
Successfully develop and execute a new CRM for the business ensuring to
state compliant with all federal guidelines. As well as worked on a
companywide task force to execute a new phone system to meet the

needs of business. Managed a department of 6 broker service
representatives and 15 seasonal temporary employees.
