computation.
 College Played a pivotal role regards Practicum in Schools.
 Active Participations in National celebrations and games ,extra
curricular .
 Most of students come with flying colors in BPSC,NTS ,and CTSP.
 All Batches of ADE obtained maximum marks and great percentage in
exam of LUWMS Uthal.
NEEDS and Challenges
 Need more facilitators /Trainers and IT Teacher.
 IT needs update.
 Construction of Multipurpose Hall, Female Hostels.
 Modern Furniture's.
 Budget issue need pros ion for the building ,library and hostel repair.
 insufficient POL.
 Lot of furniture useless and un repairable need to be auctioned.
CTEP 2019-2023
Balochistan Comprehensive Teacher Education Plan (CTEP) 2019-2023 is a guide to explore the
teacher development process in Balochistan and focuses all dimensions i.e.
 Pre-service Teacher Education
 Promotion Linked Training
 Induction Training
 Continuous Professional Development of teachers
CTEP has assigned the responsibility of Promotion Linked Training (PLT) and Induction
Training of BPS-16 and below teachers to Elementary Colleges of the province
Promotion Linked Training (PLT) and Induction Training of BPS-17 and above teachers will be
the responsibility of 12 campuses of universities
Associate Degree in Education (ADE) will be phased out and universities will be relied for the
professional degree of B.Ed.
Promotion Linked Training (PLT)
Pre-qualification courses for promotion on higher pay
scale are mandatory
Absence of smooth promotions obstructs teacher
motivation
Lack of policy regarding promotion without PLT causes
teachers to be ineffective on higher pay scale when
promoted
Promotion Linked Training provides teachers with new
knowledge of content, pedagogy, physical education
and ICT

Induction training has been a completely neglected area particularly for BPS-15 and
below
In most parts of the world, there is a mandatory induction training to be successfully
completed by every newly appointed teacher before entering school and classroom
An estimated 1500 teachers per annum in Elementary Colleges and 12 university
campuses will avail the induction training opportunity in the areas of content,
pedagogy, physical education and ICT

Achievements of GCEE Kalat  Getting z category in ranking done by NACTE.  250 Graduates qualifies from this college.  Students/PTs got good positions in Divisional and Provincial computation.  College Played a pivotal role regards Practicum in Schools.  Active Participations in National celebrations and games ,extra curricular .  Most of students come with flying colors in BPSC,NTS ,and CTSP.  All Batches of ADE obtained maximum marks and great percentage in exam of LUWMS Uthal.

NEEDS and Challenges  Need more facilitators /Trainers and IT Teacher.  IT needs update.  Construction of Multipurpose Hall, Female Hostels.  Modern Furniture's.  Budget issue need pros ion for the building ,library and hostel repair.  insufficient POL.  Lot of furniture useless and un repairable need to be auctioned.

CTEP 2019-2023 Balochistan Comprehensive Teacher Education Plan (CTEP) 2019-2023 is a guide to explore the teacher development process in Balochistan and focuses all dimensions i.e.  Pre-service Teacher Education  Promotion Linked Training  Induction Training  Continuous Professional Development of teachers CTEP has assigned the responsibility of Promotion Linked Training (PLT) and Induction Training of BPS-16 and below teachers to Elementary Colleges of the province Promotion Linked Training (PLT) and Induction Training of BPS-17 and above teachers will be the responsibility of 12 campuses of universities Associate Degree in Education (ADE) will be phased out and universities will be relied for the professional degree of B.Ed.
