This article refers to the application of self–surveillance and social surveillance throughout the paper with a purpose to prove that various types of
social networking sites user types inflict array of effects on the marketing performance aspect. Park, Shin and Ju thoroughly explain the different types
of SNS user types such as the versatile users, the self–expression users, the pass–along users and the introvert users. The authors then connect the
various forms of SNS user types to the SNS marketing performance touching on the aspects of social presence, information sharing, purchase intention
and emotional experience of social shopping. Combining the information discussed throughout the article, Park, Shin and Ju introduce their
methodology of the conceptual research model. The study categorizes SNS user types into four sectors to prove that each sector inflicts a different
impact on the SNS marketing performance. The results conclude that various types of social surveillance and self–surveillance can in fact create four
types of users, which go into great detail of explaining each social user out of the four categories: the versatile, the pass–along, the self–expression and
the introvert. The study also proved that the four types of social networking sites users differently impact the four types of

Identify and explain at least three legal considerations
When considering the legalities of this scenario, negligence, vicarious liability, and physician– patient relationship are a few components that affect the
outcome of a lawsuit. The amount of legal torts that were violated in this case was enough to cause disputes between patients and healthcare staff.
Negligence is a familiar tort that occurs much more than it needs too. Unfortunately in this case, vicarious liability and patient–physician relationship
are two considerations that influence this case as well. According to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Though it may not be a legal commitment, but days when an emergency situation is at hand healthcare staff should make use of good ethical practice
and be present for work.
Administering the wrong prescription for a patient can be viewed as a negligent act as well as a bad ethical decision. As much as this act leans more
towards negligence, it is only right to assume the existence of poor ethical standards. If nurse maintained a high standard and value towards occupation,
the right medication would have been giving to the patient.
Identify and explain at least three professional considerations The three professional considerations that pertain to this case are similar to the ethical
considerations. It was unprofessional for the nurses to call off, leave patients un–attended, and also breaking the patient legal duty to provide proper
service to patients. According to (makely), "enhancing professionalism has become a major challenge for healthcare educators, employers, and
personnel" (2009).
As a healthcare professional, the nurses in this case don't necessarily lack skills of being nurses but simply lack the attitude of a professional. In
situations similar to this case, nurses should have been more concerned with the patients and should have made it an obligation to be present for work.
Leaving patients unattended while taking a break during an emergency

For the New Mom: Fat Loss after Baby
There's no time in a woman's life that is more special than motherhood. However, being a new mother also comes with its share of stress. While
figuring out how to care for your new baby, you also need to determine ways to care for your own health as well. This is where fat loss enters the
picture.
After having a baby, a new mom is likely to have a pocket of fat that is lingering from the pregnancy. While some women are able to rid their bodies
of this fat quickly, others tend to struggle. Luckily, there are several things you can do to help increase the speed in which this fat disappears.

Mexico is one of the most beautiful states with its timeless traditions and mesmerizing scenery.
Just like any other state, New Mexico has an amazing and interesting history. The first Spanish settlement was founded in 1598 along the Rio Grande
by the Spanish explorer Juan de Onate. Just twelve years later, in 1610 Santa Fe was made the capital of the territory that later became New Mexico and
Arizona. In 1848 the U.S. had acquired most of the territory as the result of the Mexican War. The remainder was acquired in 1853 in a deal known as
the Gadsden Purchase. During the Civil War Union and Confederate troops clashed in the territory. In 1886 the territory was the site of the surrender of

The New Generation Research Paper
The effects of Social Technologies on the New Generation can best be understood through some of the basic thoughts of Neil Postman in "Five Things
We Need to Know about Technological Change." "Technology giveth and technology taketh away." "Technological change is not additive; it is
ecological. Postman clarifies this by saying, "A new medium does not add something: it changes everything." (Postman). Finally, Postman says, "Our
enthusiasm for technology can turn into a form of idolatry and our belief in its beneficence can be a false absolute." (Postman).
Common descriptors for social technologies would be the internet and smart phones, technological innovations that were designed to enhance social

Pen pals of years past have evolved, with apps such as Skype and Facebook, email and text. The paper and pen have been replaced with texting and
video chatting. Logical links and effects can be witnessed in schools and the economy. In schools a decline in spelling skills. I have personally
witnessed the remnants of texting formats embedded in college applications and essays. In our economy one can postulate the decline in services;
specifically postal services and the recent shutting down of small neighborhood post offices is attributed to the decline in letters being mailed. In 2005
Richard Geddes wrote, "On the revenue side, the volume of letter mail is falling at a rate not seen since the Great Depression, in large part because of
substitution to Internet–based communications." (Geddes). Contributors of the "letter mailing" decline and thus the loss of postal services are those of
us who have wired up in technology; paying bills online and instead of writing letters use electronic mail "email" for personal and business
communication to friends, family, organizations and commercial

What's the Deal?
The election of Franklin D. Roosevelt was considered a beacon of hope among the American people following years of relentless economic hardship.
Roosevelt's immense, decisive victory over Herbert Hoover signified America wanted something different. Fortunately, Roosevelt did not disappoint. In
his first two years of office, Roosevelt devised a plan to shift America's financial crisis into a positive direction; fundamentally, setting a new standard
for government intervention in the economy. In particular, one of Roosevelt's most significant economic plans would come to be known as theNew Deal

Therefore, the CCC was widely successful at stimulating both economic and environmental growth. By 1942, the CCC had already planted nearly
two to three billion trees and worked to establish nearly 800 state parks. In addition, nearly twelve to fifteen million people directly benefited from
CCC enrollee checks, and 3,463,766 men had been enrolled in the CCC program by the beginning of World War II (CCC History). All in all, the
program had extreme support from the public. By 1934, the Corps had nearly "universal approval and praise of the country" ("Civilian Conservation
Corps Legacy"). Mandatory monthly $25 allotment checks to families greatly boosted the American economy ("Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC)").
The strongest opposition regarding the CCC program came from state officials. With the CCC enrollees earning $30 a month, some complained that
the $25 allotment was far too high. If states were to lower the allotment, the relief costs per state would greatly increase ("Civilian Conservation Corps
Legacy"). The number of individuals who complained about their living costs and monthly allotments were far too low to actually cause any sort of

Island and the South Island. The language spoken the most often there is English. The capital of New Zealand is Wellington. There are many
differences and similarities between the US and New Zealand. One thing that is different between the two is that the people in New Zealand drive on
the left side. There are also differences and similarities in the schooling. According to New Zealand Now, there are fourschool terms running from late
January to mid–December with two–week breaks between them and a six–week summer break at the end of the year. Also, the schools usually start

According to Roy Morgan Research, one problem I researched that came up in New Zealand was poverty and the gap between the rich and poor.
This can happen a lot all over the world. This could be happening for many reasons but the main reason it stated was that people are losing their jobs
and don't have any income then have no choice but to leave their home, so then they end up living on the streets. The people there are trying to help it
but it's becoming hard to so they can't really do anything about it. Some people have family they can go live with until they can find another job but
some don't and have to do it all on their own.
Teens have different rules and laws all over the world. According to New Zealand Now, most children in New Zealand start school on their 5th
birthday and all children must be enrolled at school from their 6th birthday. Another thing that could be different is the technology. In New Zealand,
their technology is not different than here. They have modern TVs, phones, etc. Something that is also the same is the laws on driving. According to
New Zealand Now, you are able to start driving when you are 16 just like you can in

According to Revesc in The Independent newspaper dated 25th June 2017, President Donald Trump did not hold the Iftar dinner to mark the end of

the Islamic holy month of Ramadan characterized by reflection and fasting among the Muslims. Just as reported by Moore in the New York Post,
Revesc also reports on the statement of Eid Mubarak issued by President Trump to the Muslim community. In the statement, the President noted that
Muslims in the United States joined others globally in Ramadan and urged the faithful to continue their tradition of helping neighbors and sharing. He
added that the Eid al–Fitr holiday reminds Americans to be merciful, compassionate and have goodwill with Muslims around the world. He reiterated
the U.S commitment to honor the values of Eid al–Fitr.
Revesc notes that officials in the White House spent months planning for the Iftar event only for it to fail to take place in 2017. Nevertheless, the US
Secretary of State Rex Tillerson was alleged to have said that the Government would not hold the dinner. In the reigns of Presidents Clinton, Bush and

The article lastly lists the other strategies that RIM has been employing to encourage app development citing extreme price cuts and Playbook's virtual
android environment which allows android apps to be easily transferred over to the Playbook. This is only possible due to the Android platform being
an open OS meaning anyone can develop on it including competitors.
With an organizational theory perspective, this article best articulates a manifestation of 2 important concepts in the mobile market: 1) A resource
based approach of assessing organizational effectives with apps and app developers being the scarce resource of note 2) A description of the
organizational ecosystem being that of 'population ecology'. This is demonstrated by the possible compatibility of Android and RIM platforms and the
selection process of the market that is still happening most notably with the abandonment of HP's webOS
Resource Based Approach of Organizational Effectiveness
The resource based approach to measuring organizational effectiveness focuses solely on an organizations ability to obtain scarce or key resources.
The key measures of this approach are: * Ability to perceive and interpret the external environment * Ability to respond to environmental change *
Bargaining position
While RIM's ability to obtain manufacturing resources is not being questioned, its ability to lure app

Witches and spells from Shakespeare's novels may seem far–fetched in today's society, but in ancient times, those matters were very serious; use of
magic was a criminal offence and could even be punishable by death. Humans have believed in magic since the dawn of time. While it may not have

today would be extremely different if magic had never been believed, and, while literature isn't always of real world accounts, most ancient texts

Transitioning to the New Testament which contains parables showing human attitudes were created in the course of several decades, therefore it is
much more coherent than the Old Testament, which was created in the course of a dozen or hundreds of years. Jesus Christ taught parables. This made
it easier for people to understand what Jesus was teaching them. The parables were literal, applicable, and easy to comprehend. It was a convenient
way of transmitting information. An important parable that Jesus told was the parable of the merciful Samaritan. A man was attacked by a couple
robbers while traveling. They beat him severely, however, no one came up to help him despite the fact that he was being passed by many people–
including a priest and a Levite. Shortly, the only person that took the man and helped him was a Samaritan. He was the one that showed mercy
and helped the man in need. God was pleased with the Good Samaritan. Within the New Testament, we also experience the love of God that
embraces all the people who believe in it, regardless of their suffering, nationality and previous beliefs. By reading the whole Bible we can find
patterns to follow and live by so that our lives become better. By reading the parables and letters, we learn to look differently and we can even gain a

A Whole New Experience
It was about 9:00am, half an hour after the children have come inside from the playground and began their work. I have just arrived to the school
to observe the classroom of my cultural diversity practicum. As I walk towards Mrs. Addair's classroom I see two children, probably 5 or 6 years
old, with the long one thousand chain laid out along the hallway. This is a chain comprised of a thousand golden beads, laid upon a fleece mat. The
children are counting the beads one by one and laying number tiles by the appropriate beads as they count all the way up to one thousand. They

The New Utopia In the New Utopia, surveillance cameras will no longer be consider an act of violation of civil liberties or an invasion of privacy, but
it will be the norm; surveillance cameras will be consider no different than what we nowadays consider a stop sign, a traffic light, or even the posted
speed limit on the road way. To be able to stop crimes from happening, there is a need for law enforcement officers to be able to predict that acrime
will occur in order to prevent it from happening. As human nature, we always tend to push the limits, if we can commit a crime and get away with
it, for most that will may just be enough them to motivate them to follow through. One hundred years ago, the thought of having traffic lights or stop
signs at every intersection to direct the movement of traffics would probably consider an act of violation of civil liberties; but imagine if we do not
have it today, there would be chaos. Having surveillance cameras doesn't necessary prevent the crime, but it certainly reduce it to a more manageable

Dale Owen had a lot to do with New Lanark as well. Robert Owen's purpose in the creation of this was to find a way to get rid of evils in the world.
His goal was to just make people feel better. Like for example he made it so that people didn't have hard work . He made it in New Lanark so people
would have not as long hours and the way in which people worked was less hazardous. Economically I think Owen's end result was to make sure that
these people would live fair lives and be more relaxed. Some of his ideas were similar to Fourier's ideas. He made towns for people to live. These were

Throughout the 20th century, the advancements of technology have increased, as well as the population in each state prison. The real question is
has technology advanced enough throughout the years to help capture criminals more than the years past? Having new technology will increase the

were implemented in DNA testing, allowing it to be easier to trace down one criminal. Tracing back to earlier years you'll notice that's where most
technology rose from. In the 1800s the first use of toxicology (arsenic detection) was used in a jury. A few years after the first recorded use,

The conclusions revealed that the bones didn't belong to the Aardonyx. The bones belonged to a new dinosaur species that is an estimated 200
million–years–old.
One distinctive feature of the new dinosaur was its astragalus, or ankle bones, which appeared in the shape of a cross. Taking a cue from these bones,
the paleontologists named the dinosaur Sefapanosaurus from the Sesotho word sefapano, meaning cross. How can a 200–million–year old fossil be a
new dinosaur?
Wits University's ESI is home to the largest fossil collection in South Africa. The specific collection Krupandan and Otero were searching through was
collected in the Zastron area in the Free State, nearly 30km from the border of Lesotho. The collection dated back to the late 1930s.
So how can an 80–year–old fossil collection in a research institute keep a new species of dinosaur hidden all these years?
Senior researcher at the ESI Dr. Jonah Choiniere believes it just goes to show how vast the collection is and how much more research needs to be
conducted. What's more is this new evidence has completely changed the dinosaur paleobiology research that is underway in South

to perceive "the other" as not real; 2. Invisibility: No need to worry about how you look when chatting with someone online; 3. Asynchronicity: For

of the late '70s. With the awkward David Byrne as frontman, they were also one of the unlikeliest bands to emerge out of CBGB. Formed in 1975,
the groups first gig was opening for the Ramones at the infamous club. That same year, the band was signed to Sire Records and began work on
their debut, Talking Heads:77 on which "Psycho Killer" was found and charted. In 1978, they teamed up with Brian Eno to record More Songs
About Buildings and Food, where they would find even more chart success with a cover of Al Green's "Take Me to the River." Eno's explorations

he introduced them to afrobeat and world music. The result was Remain in Light on which "Once in a Lifetime" was found. Once the Heads
released four albums in four years, they put out a live album and toured extensively. Back in the studio in 1983 the band recorded Speaking in

New Paper Assignment 2 By Alfred Onyekaba HSA 515 Health Care Policy Law & Ethics Denise Pica–Branco, Ph.D. Strayer University Identify and explain at least three legal considerations When considering the legalities of this scenario, negligence, vicarious liability, and physician– patient relationship are a few components that affect the outcome of a lawsuit. The amount of legal torts that were violated in this case was enough to cause disputes between patients and healthcare staff. Negligence is a familiar tort that occurs much more than it needs too. Unfortunately in this case, vicarious liability and patient–physician relationship are two considerations that influence this case as well. According to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... Though it may not be a legal commitment, but days when an emergency situation is at hand healthcare staff should make use of good ethical practice and be present for work. Administering the wrong prescription for a patient can be viewed as a negligent act as well as a bad ethical decision. As much as this act leans more towards negligence, it is only right to assume the existence of poor ethical standards. If nurse maintained a high standard and value towards occupation, the right medication would have been giving to the patient. Identify and explain at least three professional considerations The three professional considerations that pertain to this case are similar to the ethical considerations. It was unprofessional for the nurses to call off, leave patients un–attended, and also breaking the patient legal duty to provide proper service to patients. According to (makely), "enhancing professionalism has become a major challenge for healthcare educators, employers, and personnel" (2009). As a healthcare professional, the nurses in this case don't necessarily lack skills of being nurses but simply lack the attitude of a professional. In situations similar to this case, nurses should have been more concerned with the patients and should have made it an obligation to be present for work. • 7. The New Generation Research Paper The effects of Social Technologies on the New Generation can best be understood through some of the basic thoughts of Neil Postman in "Five Things We Need to Know about Technological Change." "Technology giveth and technology taketh away." "Technological change is not additive; it is ecological. In 2005 Richard Geddes wrote, "On the revenue side, the volume of letter mail is falling at a rate not seen since the Great Depression, in large part because of substitution to Internet–based communications." New Testament Reflection Paper Transitioning to the New Testament which contains parables showing human attitudes were created in the course of several decades, therefore it is much more coherent than the Old Testament, which was created in the course of a dozen or hundreds of years. Jesus Christ taught parables. This made it easier for people to understand what Jesus was teaching them. The parables were literal, applicable, and easy to comprehend. It was a convenient way of transmitting information. An important parable that Jesus told was the parable of the merciful Samaritan. A man was attacked by a couple robbers while traveling. They beat him severely, however, no one came up to help him despite the fact that he was being passed by many people– including a priest and a Levite. Shortly, the only person that took the man and helped him was a Samaritan. He was the one that showed mercy and helped the man in need. God was pleased with the Good Samaritan. Within the New Testament, we also experience the love of God that embraces all the people who believe in it, regardless of their suffering, nationality and previous beliefs. By reading the whole Bible we can find patterns to follow and live by so that our lives become better. The bones belonged to a new dinosaur species that is an estimated 200 million–years–old. One distinctive feature of the new dinosaur was its astragalus, or ankle bones, which appeared in the shape of a cross. Taking a cue from these bones, the paleontologists named the dinosaur Sefapanosaurus from the Sesotho word sefapano, meaning cross. How can a 200–million–year old fossil be a new dinosaur? Timothy was a native of Lystra, a Roman colony in the province of Galatia. He was a pastor who accompanied Paul on his second and third missionary. He seemed to become Paul's protГ©gГ©, and Paul spoke of himself as Timothy's "father" and of Timothy as his "son". There are no repeated words, phrases, idea; comparisons; or contrasts in 1 Timothy 4:11–15.
