Learning experiences throughout the group work during COVID 19 , we are learning and
dealing as EFE “Electronic and Far distance Education “through Internet using E.mails ,
video and audio on line ( synchronous communication) such as Zoom and offline (
asynchronous communication ) such as Moodle.com platform while learners are using
similar to these communication - collaboration tools 20 years ago learners are using it now
adays in large scale and time that learners are setting in their laptops and smart phones
long time daily they feel like machines which make them warry as human any way let us
go back in collaboration learners also shared their ideas and managing tasks for team
members through WhatsApp , learners shared and exchanged their ideas , tips and votes
as brain storm / mind map in collaboration activities with their teams and all class also
using miro.com and mindmeister.com as tools , learners also learned deeply the meaning
and using of collaboration by biomimicry as in life of ants , Honeybees , plants ‘roots ,
Nature , Diverse plant species etc .. beside collaboration skills as team building ,
communication skills , give and receive feeling and intrapersonal inelegance moreover
strategies such as brain storm , gallery walk and team work projects, collaboration helps
themselves to achieve complex tasks with high efficiency in a short time , less efforts and
less costs

Then they can apply collaboration in learning activities by discussing , reflecting and
posting replied comments through platforms such as Moodle and mind maps they may
collaborate in a team work for writing a reflecting discussion forum activity
about developmental stages then they can perform an assignment as group project
which can be a report in any subject such as key elements and concepts of
developmental progress of an age group with key observations or Tips and tricks for
teachers for better relationship and work better beside “Dos” or “Don'ts” actually they
may be three to be divided so each one can do 2 tasks finally they can collect all in one
file they all read, review , reflect and amend the final copy then submitting , It is a
great collaboration assignment.
So communication – collaboration , using EFE, Technology , internet , educating /
learning platforms , social media tools beside collaboration and team work skills and
strategies become more professionally and huge beside the informatic and learning
topics as collaboration learning , how we learn ? , developmental stages and learning
and multiplication intelligence theory for Gardener .

What help learners to learn through E. Learning is saving time
and huge efforts of traveling as those who are living in far distances
which located about 500 to 1000 Km away from universities and
during pandemic periods such as nowadays of COVID 19 in same
time learners are practicing collaboration learning on the other
side what not may help them to learn in that situation are sitting in
front of monitors for long time and this affect in some way on their
characters , eyes and brains while some of learners may have high
body movement kinesthetic intelligence they can overcame some of
this issues by educating what they are learning to their relatives
and neighbors directly for practicing and developing their
intrapersonal and emotional intelligence .

Any way feeling tired but in same time very happy because
of the common and differences, the instructor is very smart
, simple , very cooperated , helpful and patient beside good
colleges each one from different place , different culture ,
they are using language and technology , learning
platforms , e.mails , internet professionally , different ages ,
different backgrounds ,smart and disciplined , actually it is
a wonderful team learners and team educators in same time
and wonderful E. learning experiment .

What would help to improve group work in the future
should be Diversification and repeating collaboration
learning activities and assignment and practicing more
Collaboration and team work , developing emotional and
intrapersonal intelligence by practicing communication
skills , self awareness , team building , give and receive
feeling moreover practicing collaboration strategies
especially for those who are more individual who like
setting alone for reading or writing as me I’m a good reader
, chess player and web designer .

In conclusion of the reflection using technology , Collaboration , developmental stages
and learning and multiple intelligences and as Gardener quote “it’s important to
avoid labeling students as one type of learner” We can actually provide software,
resources that present material to a learner in a way in which the learner will find
interesting and will be able to use her intelligences productively in collaboration way
to extent and interact with other learners actually be able to show her understanding
in a comfortable way , all these efforts and with collaboration we build our country
Egypt .
