record of managing and maintaining servers and desktops in LAN/WAN network infrastructures is

 Computer and printer’s hardware repair and maintenance. – I have the ability to identify a problem
with computers and printers and fix it.
 Network and Information Security. I have acquired knowledge on how to make sure that information
is secure from unauthorised user.

troubleshoot windows and Linux operating systems.
