What comes to mind when you
think about Disney and Pixar?
Do you think of old
                 Mickey Mouse
                 cartoons?
           Or maybe you think of
the toys that come to life
           and go on adventures
           when you’re not looking.

Whether it’s a dad
searching for his son in all
the ocean, or ants who
learn courage, all Pixar
movies have one thing in
common…

• Since computer
  animation was
  invented,
  people use
  computers
  instead of
  sketch pads to
  animate
  movies.
More animated movies are now computer
animated movies rather than drawn out
              cartoons.

Many of the technologies we use revolve
around computer animation, including TV,
   video games, phones, computers, and
                 movies.
To sum things up…
• Without computer animation there would
be no such thing as 3D movies, games, or
  graphics on computers.
• It would take longer to animate things
and they still wouldn’t look as good as they
  do today.
