4. EEA
(European Environtment Agency)
Merupakan pusat data polusi udara dari EU.
Tugasnya mendukung pelaksanaan dan evaluasi peraturan mengenai
polusi udara di EU, mendata serta menaksir emisi udara dan tren kualitas
udara di Eropa.
Setiap tahun EEA menerbitkan laporan dari kualitas udara di Eropa.
5. EC

EC mengaplikasikan Clean Air Policy Package pada Desember 2013.
Isinya:
Program udara bersih yang baru untuk Eropa dengan baku mutu baru
sampai tahun 2030
Revisi batas baku mutu emisi nasional (NEC Directive) untuk 4 polutan
utama (NOX, SO2, VOC, NH3)
Proposal petunjuk mengenai pengurangan polusi dari instalasi
