Why Is Hitler Bad
Living under Nazi rule from the year 1933 to 1939 was bad because the Nazi party had total power
over Germany. Most of the people that lived in Germany were brain washed into thinking that Hitler
was like a God to them and who anyone thought differently was ether killed or they disappeared and
none of the local people knew where they went. Some of the promises that Hitler made to the people
were divided, but overall life was bad for several reasons. Treaty of Versailles and great depression
During the time that Hitler was in power he promised the German people many things like to
diminish the Treaty of Versailles, and to stop the repatriations to the allied countries and make the
value of the German currency (Reich mark) allot higher that ... Show more content on

The SS and the Gestapo police helped Hitler the most to get control over the parliament because
they found and killed senior officials of the opposition parties and also assassinate certain high
ranking officials in the SS so that Hitler can keep control over the SS and Gestapo. Hitler also made
propaganda to sell the idea that he was a great leader and is going to bring Germany out of disgrace
after World War 1 and the great depression with the help Joseph Goebbels Hitler's propaganda
leader. The Gestapo and SS are a secret police force that Hitler made in the early 1933 and they
helped him to stay in power and arrest anyone else that tried to stop him and compromise his role as
president of Germany. During the years leading up to World War 2 while the Nazis were in power
they controlled the education of children to study war tactics and Nazi theology, they also made the
schools more disciplined. Hitler had no opposing political groups because he had changed the laws
in his favour so that Hitler could dictate the German people. Hitler used most of the National Guard
and turned most of Germany into a militarised country so that there would be no civil opposition
like ryots and political disturbances throughout the time that Hitler was in control over Germany.
The main job that storm troopers did was exterminating Jewish people in Germany and small towns
that they took over when the war started.

Attitudes surrounding HIV/AIDS in Milwaukee have varied over the years and throughout different
activist groups. UWM's Archives contain a lot of material regarding information on the different
AIDS activist groups and resources throughout Milwaukee's history including, Bobby Positive
booklets written by a man with AIDS giving personal tips on how to live with AIDS, who later died
from the disease in 1997, and different Strategic Plans from the AIDS Resource center of Wisconsin,
a HIV health care center centered around providing quality medical, dental, mental health, and
social services for all people with HIV. Both the Bobby Positive booklet and the ARCW Strategic

To the right are photos of the table of contents containing the title of each tip he gives, in the booklet
he goes into depth on each of them. In the early 1980s, with the discovery of a new infection
primarily targeting the gay community, the BESTD Clinic in Milwaukee formed a special project
called MAP or Milwaukee AIDS Project to address the crisis. The disease became more of a threat
and the community needed more support. A new task force was created by combining the MAP
directors, BESTD Clinic President and a few others to form the AIDS Resource Center of
Wisconsin. Over time the organization continued to grow and has become Wisconsin's largest and
fastest growing HIV health care system. "Through its integrated medical, dental and mental health
clinics along with pharmacy and dedicated social services that include, food pantries, legal programs
and social work case management, more than 3,300 HIV patients in Wisconsin gain the health care
and social services they need for long term survival with HIV disease." (ARCW) Some of the
material I found in the archives about the ARCW was their 2007–2011 Strategic Plan. It is an outline
of how they plan to achieve their vision which is a "world without AIDS and to ensure that everyone
with HIV disease will live a long and healthy life". Within the plan there is six goals and under each
goal there are

Ww1 Ration Booklet
Ration Tickets World War 2
Description
The ration booklet was made with paper in the colour of blood orange. The cover contained the
owner's information so if their ration booklet was lost it would have been safely returned to the
owner. The ration booklet contained coupons covering every page. The owner was also required to
write their name onto each page for safety issues. Along with their address. Just like the booklet the
coupons was blood orange with the booklet number on the front. Each coupon contained a number
on the front. This helped the owner keep track of their use of coupons as they had to plan their
yearly expenses.

However due to their disappointment, rations were phasing out of the picture slowly. This was
because as scarce resources were in Australia, in Britain the economy was horrific. Therefore,
Australia sent supplies such as food and other necessities in order to support Britain. The economy
after the war gradually improved despite their support to Britain. With the war finished, Australia
did not need to invest the amount of money into the war productions as they did during the war.
Instead much of the expenses was spent to recover destruction caused by the Darwin bombing in
1942 as well as support to the families that lost their relatives in war. This continued for several
years. In 1947 sugar rationing ended, next meat and clothing ration ending in 1998, followed by
butter and tea rations ending in 1950. Petrol rationing was slowly disappearing in June 1949. But
petrol supplies began decreasing rapidly to many people's dismay, resulting in petrol rationing
returning in November1949. Finally, in February 1950 the petrol rationing was

Improving Breastfeeding A New Born
Throughout this essay I am going to evaluate the effectiveness of my booklet which aims to promote
breastfeeding a new–born. The main concept of the booklet was to identify and explain why
breastfeeding is key to a new–borns wellbeing. WHO (2014) state:
Breastfeeding is the normal way of providing young infants with the nutrients they need for healthy
growth and development.
I am going to look at how successfully my booklet demonstrates this to the mother with ease of
access and range of activities for the early year's educator to use and inform themselves upon.
However mothers do encounter the problem of criticism, Breastfeeding Problems (2011):
Breastfeeding criticism is sometimes easy to handle when from a stranger, but much more ... Show

The promotion of formula and follow on milk is designed to increase sales – not to provide accurate
information to mothers.
This now means that formula manufactures cannot promote their product to a mother before the
government's guidelines of breastfeeding exclusively for six months. Manufactures now discuss
their products as "follow on milk" referring to the end of the breastfeeding process.
Low levels of breastfeeding as a threat is also recognised at a local level, using the Child Health
Profile for Derbyshire, (CHIMAT 2014), it indicates that "breastfeeding initiation" and
"breastfeeding prevalence at 6–8 weeks after birth" were "significantly worse than England
average". Within Derbyshire promotion is helped through The Breastfeeding Welcome Here Award,
this allows companies to promote breastfeeding by allowing and encouraging mothers to feed their
baby within their establishment. This award is free to sign up for and the implications would mean
the business, such a cafés, libraries and schools, would welcome women to breastfeed in their
establishment which reduces the stigma related to breastfeeding in public and increases the
confidence of the mother. Bradshaw (1972), cited in Steinbach (2009), complied a taxonomy of
needs in relation to children's

The Female Genital Mutilation (FGM)
1. With immigration, the UK comes across to new health issues, such as the Female Genital
Mutilation (FGM).
FGM is still practiced by 28 Countries worldwide. Highlighted by the World Health Organisation
"three million girls undergo some form of FGM every year in Africa alone".
Some communities in the UK have a higher risk of FGM than others. Therefore, it is important to
raise awareness about FGM to those risk groups and to professionals, as FGM takes still place with
fatal health consequences to the victims. "FGM has deep cultural roots, if a family holds out against
the practice this can cause social consequences such, for example, marriage prospects." (Holland
2015)
Therefore, it is really important to present that issue in different ... Show more content on

Also there was no statistic about how many people are affected from FGM. Today, "FGM is
recognized internationally as a violation of the human rights of girls and women."(Equality now,
2015). Furthermore, in UK the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003 took place to protect the
individual. Locally, the Heartland Hospital in Birmingham provides now a special sector for FGM
victims, where the individual receives advice and help. Furthermore, "The Digbeth based charity
now runs a number of awareness raising workshops with girls in Birmingham schools, but added
that it had particularly struggled to engage with the Yemeni community." (Birmingham Mail 2015)
5. By analysing the source 3 and the official source HSCIC, there is to say that "more than 1159 new
victims of FGM have been identified only between April and June 2015. " (HSCIC report, 2015).
This is a huge number, but it was not clarified if the mutilation had just happened or if it took place
in the past. Compared with a statistic from 2013, there were only 41 cases reported by the police,
this would be an increase of 28 % in 2 years. By comparing that number with the statistic from
NSPCC there is to say, that statistic is estimated with 17,000 victims in 2013, but this statistic
includes other countries. The same is with the WHO statistic from 1990 until now. The figures are
estimated and took place in other countries than UK therefore, both statistics are

Golden Booklet Of The True Christian Life Summary
Should a Believer's Life Evidence Growth?
John Calvin makes the assertion throughout his Golden Booklet of the True Christian Life that a
believer's life should show growth and spiritual progress. According to the Christian teachings,
Calvin's assertions are correct. Calvin argues that because Christians believe that their lives belong
to the Lord, they are to follow His plan for their lives, strive to better the lives of others, and show
appreciation for God's blessings. The central idea that Calvin bases most of his claims on in his
booklet is the idea that Christians should "walk in the beauty of God's law", so that the claims of
belief and trust in God that Christians make are exhibited outwardly in the way that they live their
lives (15). In theory, if believers do conduct their lives in an effort to ... Show more content on

He is very clear that this includes both friend and foe (37). This is in itself an embodiment of the
first argument that people should live in an effort to fulfill God's plan. If a person strives to
encourage and help their fellow humans, Calvin would argue that this is the very will of God. The
outcome of their good intentions should display relational growth in both their community and their
personal lives. By showing good will toward others, humans are displaying their appreciation for
God's creation, for He himself created humans. Calvin even goes so far as to say that Christians
should do more than just be nice to people; he says that they should sympathize with them, and so
their best to offer assistance or condolence in times of hardship (39). Calvin borrows Paul's example
of the body in reference to the church, saying that each part of the body depends on the others in
order to run smoothly and effectively (40). By doing their best to improve the lives of those around
them, Christians encourage growth both in the church and in their own

The development and expression of Judaism from its start in God's revelation to one person
(Abraham) to the important worldwide religion of today is due to the contribution of a number of
significant people and schools of thought and of course the continuation of the community of
believers worldwide. One of these special people was Moses Maimonides. * Using the above

All 3 religions can trace their origins back to a common source and that is the leaders of each of the

Visual Analysis Of Communication
As I have completed the three genres for my audience, I wanted to provide the opportunity of
teaching individuals, high–school teachers and university level researchers about the nursing
community. I also wanted to expand their knowledge on the subject and facilitate ideas of possible
researching opportunities towards researchers and be able to strengthen the knowledge of the
nursing field to high–school teachers to pass onto their students. In my theory of communication I
stated that essentially nurses are responsible in all areas of communication, whether it is a change in

access the information about the nursing community's communication. The website allowed me to
incorporate fine details of the intercommunication techniques of the community without having too
much content in one part of the media piece or not enough in another. I chose the website for the
university–level researchers as it would allow them to be able to overview the details in the
intercommunication more in depth and allow them to analyze the content of my piece further. By

Heart Failure : A Progressive Heart Disease
Heart Failure is a progressive heart disease when the muscle of the heart is weakened so that it
cannot pump blood as it should; the blood backs up into the blood vessels around the lungs and the
other parts of the body (NHS Choice, 2015). In heart failure, the heart is not able to maintain a
normal range cardiac output to meet the metabolic needs of the body (Kemp and Conte, 2012).
Heart failure is a major worldwide public health problem, it is the end stage of heart disease and it
could lead to high mortality. At present, heart failure is usually associated with old age, given the
dramatic increase in the population of older people (ACCF/AHA, 2013). In the USA, there are about
5.7 million adults who have heart failure, about half of the people die within 5 years of diagnosis,
and it costs the nation an estimated $30.7 billion each year (ACCF/AHA, 2013). In the UK, reports
show that heart failure has been affecting up to 2% of the population, over 900,000 people are living
with heart failure, with 63,000 new cases being diagnosed each year (BHF, 2015). It costs the NHS
£625 million per year, as a result of the high portion of emergency admissions, readmission and long
length of inpatient stay (NHS Improvement, 2010). DH (2000) confirmed that Heart failure accounts
for all cardiac admissions and the readmission rate can be as high as 50% within 3 months; also, it
further estimated 50% readmission might be preventable. Unfortunately, Heart Failure can't be

workers and racial discrimination, an act that many white Australians engaged in. The series of
pictures are quite blurred, which shows the resemblance in memories of the South Sea Islanders. It
indicates that this part of Australian history is being forgotten and ignored. Bottom right hand of the
circle shows black birding (Source 33, Booklet, p.29), which illustrates Australians mistreating the
South Sea Islanders. The series of inappropriate actions shown can be considered as a failure in
making the nation of Australia. South Sea Islander descendant, Alf Corowa, whose words are
included as an inscription, recounted the treatment of his ancestors: 'when they came on the ship
they grabbed them and threw them down the hold' (Source 32, Booklet, p.29) The South Sea
Islanders were kidnapped and were abused for cheap labour in Queensland, resulting in profit for

Color Red Research Paper
In the bird world, it is a well–known fact that the male of the species sports feathers of many
different eye–catching colors. Consider the peacock's tail, the robin's red breast, the jay's bright blue,
and the multi–hued mallard duck – all in stark contrast to the dull, drab, earth–tones of the female of
each of those species. The scientific literature, from elementary school textbooks to graduate
students' theses, is full of many reasons why this is so, ranging from mating practices to the
protection of the offspring from danger. Humans, too, may have psychological or instinctual
connections to color. One may be having a "blue day," demonstrating sadness, or it may be a "red–
letter day," indicating that something good has happened. One can be "green with envy" or describe
being angry as "seeing red." ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
When presented with the color red, test takers were less able to complete the anagrams and the
matching tasks, they requested more easy questions, and they scored lower on the IQ tests.
Additionally, these participants' EEG readings indicated higher measures of avoidance responses in
the prefrontal cortex. Further, the participants who had to move to an adjacent room walked more
slowly and knocked fewer times on the door, and the motion sensors indicated they inclined their
bodies away from the test booklets when the books were red. In each instance, seeing red, as
opposed to any of the other colors used (gray, green, black, or white) led participants to worse
performance and more performance anxiety. The researchers partially describe these results as a
learned response to the teacher's red pen making corrections on homework assignments or in test
booklets, and these outcomes seem to inform the need for teachers to establish red–free
environments to support student

The Intergovernmental Panel On Climate Change Advice For...
The Intergovernmental panel on Climate Change advice for policy makers is a book with various
statistics and facts about what the scientific community has been noticing about the changing
environment. The hope for the panel when making this booklet is that they could help guide policy
makers towards making more informed decisions about their policies and the effect it is having on
the environment. While some of the evidence is almost indisputable many politicians still argue their
validity due to personal beliefs or because they receive campaign donations from companies who do
not want to see environmental policies change. The booklet is split up into three different parts,
observations of the changes in the environment around us, future risks these changes can have, and
how to manage these risks and build a sustainable planet for everybody. The booklet describes many
various pieces of evidence from what they have seen around the world and have even rated their
certainty on their hypothesizes. The section starts out about how the global temperature has been
increasing rapidly over the past century. They also state that the reason the temperature has been
rising is due to human activity and the rise in the amount of greenhouse gases that we release. The
amount of human death we had so far is unknown due to the wide cause of effects the rising
temperature can have. Nobody knows how much food is lost from climate change or how many
water borne illnesses have killed people

Case Study: Batesmanor
I. Problem Statement:
Primary:
Mike Hervey, the advertising consultant to BatesManor Furniture Inc., proposed the manufacturer
increase their advertising expenditures by $225,000 for 2008. This would boost new product
exposure, brand awareness, and enhance the quality image of the manufacturer. However, the
$225,000 increase in promotions is slightly out of line with the manufacturer's policy of budgeting 5
percent of expected sales for total promotion expenditures. Even though Mr. Bates estimates higher
material costs, pricing pressures, and recent wage increases in addition to launching several new
furniture styles, can he find a way to juggle funds to allocate the advertising plan while staying
within the company's budgeting ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ...
Bates would be left with the remaining $12,000. Instead of increasing the expenditure for consumer
behavior by $225,000, Mike Hervey may use the remaining $12,000 and take $213,000 out of the
cooperative advertising allowance without affecting the budgeting policy. Thus, the cooperative
advertising would decrease from $1,650,000 to $1,437,000.
As stated in the case, promotion expenditures were categorized into four groups. The first group was
the sales expense and administration totaling $995,500 which included salaries for sales personnel,
sales managers, and clerical assistance. The second group was the cooperative advertising allowance
totaling the most at $1,650,000 and included newspaper, television, and radio advertising in a
retailer's city. The third group was trade advertising totaling $467,000 which takes the form of
catalogs, trade magazine advertisements, booklets for consumers, and point of purchase materials
such as displays. Lastly, consumer advertising totaled at $562,500 and included shelter magazines
such as Better Homes and Gardens and featured new furniture and different bedroom, living room,
and dining room arrangements.
As previously written, research done by Standard & Poor's Industry Surveys mentioned that
although consumers enjoy furniture shopping, they lack the confidence to make certain judgments
about the quality, furniture construction, and price of furniture. Furthermore, in order to gain more

Graduation Speech : The Gifted Program
As a part of the gifted program, a program designed to enhance the education of exceptional
students, I was introduced to different types of writing. My second grade teacher had recommended
me for the gifted program. For entrance into the program, I had to go through a round of testing. I
had been tested during the summer between second grade and third grade year, so I could start gifted
when school started back if I had passed the tests. I had been accepted into the program, therefore I
started gifted in the third grade and completed gifted in the fifth grade. My last year of gifted, which
was the fifth grade, proved to be the most important in enhancing my writing of poems. We were
allowed to leave our regular classes one day a week during my fifth grade year to cover the gifted
curriculum. The medium framed, curly, blonde headed, gifted teacher, Mrs. Tammy, would come get
us at the assigned time for the week. Then, we would all go to the elementary computer lab to learn
about the different types of writing, in particular, poems. The computer lab was a small block
building tucked away at the farthest north wing of the school. There were around twenty humming
and buzzing computers lining three dreary, pale white walls. All of the heat from the computers,
made the room almost unbearable to reside in during the summer and cozy during the winter. It was
in this room that I got my first taste of writing poems. Mrs. Tammy gave each student a purple

Becker Seminars are lectures or events that are either sponsored by the Chancellors Honors Program
or sponsored by another university program and approved by the honors program ("Honors and
Scholars").
When students attend a Becker Seminar, a staff member from the Chancellors Honors Program
stamps the students' honors passports, and when they complete community service, an event
coordinator signs the passport to verify the student's attendance. Honors Passports are small 4x6
inch paper booklets that are issued to every student in the Chancellors Honors Program from the
year 2014 and on. This requirement was a result of the Chancellors Honors Program's restructuring
in 2014. The program elevated its standards to make it more competitive and in line with the
university's overall goal to be a top 25 public university ("Honors and Scholars"). Since the new
standards are only two years old, the Honors Passport system and its negative effects are still
growing. In 2014, there were roughly 300 students participating in the passport system. This year,
2015, roughly 600 students are using passports (Webster). The number of students involved will
continue to grow until the year 2017 when it will include all four classes of honors students, or 1200
students.

in which it is enacted. Students are frustrated with the inconvenience of the

A Rhetorical Analysis Of A Booklet
For the primary audience– which may include the person struggling with obesity, the fitness trainer
that works to help the client stay healthy and in shape, and the dietitian who regulates and monitors
the patient's food intake– a booklet would suffice. The booklet should be engaging for all groups no
matter their educational level. It should go into depth, so that the dietitian can accurately access the
problem's that the patient might be facing. It should also be something that the person who may
have obesity can comprehend because they might need something extra to push them towards the
right direction of a healthy lifestyle. The booklet might include some diet and exercise tips that the

Rhetorical Analysis Of The Disney Cruise Line
The Disney Cruise Line also utilizes the rhetorical appeal of pathos in almost every one of their
pictures to appeal to the reader's emotions. Most of the pictures that are shown throughout the book
contain elements that relate to people having a good time and smiling. For example the first page of
the booklet shows several families gathered together to watch fireworks on the deck of the ship. This
image appeals to the reader's emotions as the reader sees several families having a good time and
truly enjoying themselves. Seeing a large group of people so ecstatic, the reader cannot help but feel
happy as well. The cruise line company also makes the reader feel emotions through the images of

Disney Cruise Line takes advantage of the rhetorical appeal of kairos to get people to go on their
cruises. One of the ways they use kairos is through the description of their new cruise. The company
states, "For the first time in the summer of 2014, Disney Cruise Line sails to Europe with over a
dozen ports of call dotting the sunny Mediterranean," (Disney Cruise Line 24). Disney appeals to
kairos by pointing out the fact that this is the first time they are offering this type of cruise. People
are often more eager to go on vacations if they believe they are going to be some of the first people
to have that experience. Disney utilizes this idea of being the first to make their new customers feel
more special and their returning customers feel obligated to try out the new cruise "for the first
time." The Disney Cruise Line again appeals to kairos in the same way about their new Alaskan
cruise. They state, "We now also offer an Alaskan cruise that includes historic Sitka," (Disney
Cruise Line 4). They again appeal to the idea that this cruise is brand new and that the readers will
be more eager to try a new cruise. Over the course of the entire booklet, the Disney Cruise Line
attaches the word "new" to several statements. For example, the cruise line offers all–new
enhancements and all–new watery play areas (Disney Cruise Line 5). In doing using the word
"new," the company gets the customer more excited about going on the cruise making them believe
that they will be the first to try out the additions. It is well known that people are drawn to "new
things," and Disney takes full advantage of this concept by attaching the word new to whatever
statement they can. The thought that the customer is going to experience an aspect of the cruise that
is brand new, makes them more excited and more likely to go on the

with iniquity and uncleanness," (Calvin, 17). God would not be able to be with us if we lived a
complete life of inconsideration to him that would be an uncleanly life. A Christian is called to be as
much like Jesus as they possibly can. Jesus never made compromises, he didn't ever say I am the
son of God so I can live how I want. For "it is unlawful for you to make a compromise with God: to
try to fulfill part of your duties and to omit others at your own pleasure," (Calvin, 22). If Jesus had
made compromises he would probably not have dies for the sins of human kind. ... Show more

This world in which all human kind lives in is distorted and filled with sin but we are called to
choose to not give in to the sin, to not conform to the work around us and prove our faith is stronger
than our sinful desires. God does not control what we choose to do, he may put situations in ones
lives that will test ones faith but the person themselves is in control of their fate and what will come
from the challenge that lies ahead. Calvin states, "The Lord has still another reason for afflicting his
children: to try their patience and to teach them obedience," (Calvin, 52). God would not try a
persons patience or teach them obedience if God knew exactly what would happen, because it is in
those trials that he does not know what will

Most of the people that lived in Germany were brain washed into thinking that Hitler was like a God to them and who anyone thought differently was ether killed or they disappeared and none of the local people knew where they went. Some of the promises that Hitler made to the people were divided, but overall life was bad for several reasons. Treaty of Versailles and great depression During the time that Hitler was in power he promised the German people many things like to diminish the Treaty of Versailles, and to stop the repatriations to the allied countries and make the value of the German currency (Reich mark) allot higher that ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... The SS and the Gestapo police helped Hitler the most to get control over the parliament because they found and killed senior officials of the opposition parties and also assassinate certain high ranking officials in the SS so that Hitler can keep control over the SS and Gestapo. Hitler also made propaganda to sell the idea that he was a great leader and is going to bring Germany out of disgrace after World War 1 and the great depression with the help Joseph Goebbels Hitler's propaganda leader. The Gestapo and SS are a secret police force that Hitler made in the early 1933 and they helped him to stay in power and arrest anyone else that tried to stop him and compromise his role as president of Germany. During the years leading up to World War 2 while the Nazis were in power they controlled the education of children to study war tactics and Nazi theology, they also made the schools more disciplined. Hitler had no opposing political groups because he had changed the laws in his favour so that Hitler could dictate the German people. Hitler used most of the National Guard and turned most of Germany into a militarised country so that there would be no civil opposition like ryots and political disturbances throughout the time that Hitler was in control over Germany. The main job that storm troopers did was exterminating Jewish people in Germany and small towns that they took over when the war started. http://www.bbc.co.uk/bitesize/higher/history/nationalism/nazi/revision/5/ [Accessed 22 Jul. 2015]. UWM's Archives contain a lot of material regarding information on the different AIDS activist groups and resources throughout Milwaukee's history including, Bobby Positive booklets written by a man with AIDS giving personal tips on how to live with AIDS, who later died from the disease in 1997, and different Strategic Plans from the AIDS Resource center of Wisconsin, a HIV health care center centered around providing quality medical, dental, mental health, and social services for all people with HIV. To the right are photos of the table of contents containing the title of each tip he gives, in the booklet he goes into depth on each of them. In the early 1980s, with the discovery of a new infection primarily targeting the gay community, the BESTD Clinic in Milwaukee formed a special project called MAP or Milwaukee AIDS Project to address the crisis. The disease became more of a threat and the community needed more support. A new task force was created by combining the MAP directors, BESTD Clinic President and a few others to form the AIDS Resource Center of Wisconsin. Over time the organization continued to grow and has become Wisconsin's largest and fastest growing HIV health care system. "Through its integrated medical, dental and mental health clinics along with pharmacy and dedicated social services that include, food pantries, legal programs and social work case management, more than 3,300 HIV patients in Wisconsin gain the health care and social services they need for long term survival with HIV disease." (ARCW) Some of the material I found in the archives about the ARCW was their 2007–2011 Strategic Plan. It is an outline of how they plan to achieve their vision which is a "world without AIDS and to ensure that everyone with HIV disease will live a long and healthy life". Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... However due to their disappointment, rations were phasing out of the picture slowly. This was because as scarce resources were in Australia, in Britain the economy was horrific. Therefore, Australia sent supplies such as food and other necessities in order to support Britain. The economy after the war gradually improved despite their support to Britain. With the war finished, Australia did not need to invest the amount of money into the war productions as they did during the war. Instead much of the expenses was spent to recover destruction caused by the Darwin bombing in 1942 as well as support to the families that lost their relatives in war. This continued for several years. In 1947 sugar rationing ended, next meat and clothing ration ending in 1998, followed by butter and tea rations ending in 1950. Petrol rationing was slowly disappearing in June 1949. But petrol supplies began decreasing rapidly to many people's dismay, resulting in petrol rationing returning in November1949. The main concept of the booklet was to identify and explain why breastfeeding is key to a new–borns wellbeing. WHO (2014) state: Breastfeeding is the normal way of providing young infants with the nutrients they need for healthy growth and development. I am going to look at how successfully my booklet demonstrates this to the mother with ease of access and range of activities for the early year's educator to use and inform themselves upon. However mothers do encounter the problem of criticism, Breastfeeding Problems (2011): Breastfeeding criticism is sometimes easy to handle when from a stranger, but much more ... This now means that formula manufactures cannot promote their product to a mother before the government's guidelines of breastfeeding exclusively for six months. Manufactures now discuss their products as "follow on milk" referring to the end of the breastfeeding process. Low levels of breastfeeding as a threat is also recognised at a local level, using the Child Health Profile for Derbyshire, (CHIMAT 2014), it indicates that "breastfeeding initiation" and "breastfeeding prevalence at 6–8 weeks after birth" were "significantly worse than England average". Within Derbyshire promotion is helped through The Breastfeeding Welcome Here Award, this allows companies to promote breastfeeding by allowing and encouraging mothers to feed their baby within their establishment. This award is free to sign up for and the implications would mean the business, such a cafés, libraries and schools, would welcome women to breastfeed in their establishment which reduces the stigma related to breastfeeding in public and increases the confidence of the mother. FGM is still practiced by 28 Countries worldwide. Highlighted by the World Health Organisation "three million girls undergo some form of FGM every year in Africa alone". Some communities in the UK have a higher risk of FGM than others. Therefore, it is important to raise awareness about FGM to those risk groups and to professionals, as FGM takes still place with fatal health consequences to the victims. Furthermore, in UK the Female Genital Mutilation Act 2003 took place to protect the individual. Locally, the Heartland Hospital in Birmingham provides now a special sector for FGM victims, where the individual receives advice and help. Furthermore, "The Digbeth based charity now runs a number of awareness raising workshops with girls in Birmingham schools, but added that it had particularly struggled to engage with the Yemeni community." • 35. Golden Booklet Of The True Christian Life Summary Should a Believer's Life Evidence Growth? John Calvin makes the assertion throughout his Golden Booklet of the True Christian Life that a believer's life should show growth and spiritual progress. According to the Christian teachings, Calvin's assertions are correct. Calvin argues that because Christians believe that their lives belong to the Lord, they are to follow His plan for their lives, strive to better the lives of others, and show appreciation for God's blessings. The central idea that Calvin bases most of his claims on in his booklet is the idea that Christians should "walk in the beauty of God's law", so that the claims of belief and trust in God that Christians make are exhibited outwardly in the way that they live their lives (15). In theory, if believers do conduct their lives in an effort to ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... He is very clear that this includes both friend and foe (37). This is in itself an embodiment of the first argument that people should live in an effort to fulfill God's plan. If a person strives to encourage and help their fellow humans, Calvin would argue that this is the very will of God. The outcome of their good intentions should display relational growth in both their community and their personal lives. By showing good will toward others, humans are displaying their appreciation for God's creation, for He himself created humans. Calvin even goes so far as to say that Christians should do more than just be nice to people; he says that they should sympathize with them, and so their best to offer assistance or condolence in times of hardship (39). Calvin borrows Paul's example of the body in reference to the church, saying that each part of the body depends on the others in order to run smoothly and effectively (40). The development and expression of Judaism from its start in God's revelation to one person (Abraham) to the important worldwide religion of today is due to the contribution of a number of significant people and schools of thought and of course the continuation of the community of believers worldwide. One of these special people was Moses Maimonides. * Using the above information and the diagram on the next page, explain how Christianity, Judaism and Islam are linked. All 3 religions can trace their origins back to a common source and that is the leaders of each of the religion can be traced back to Adam. This means that all 3 religions have some aspects of commonality such as the belief of 1 god and all people are descendants of Adam and Eve. Family Tree of David History of Judaism MOSES MAIMONIDES (1135–1204) Jewish sacred writings include the Torah and Talmud. The Talmud is the authoritative record of rabbinic discussions on all aspects of Jewish life and includes religious law, ethics, customs and the stories which define the religious history. The Talmud is made up of two parts: Mishneh; and the Gemara which is a literary expansion of the ideas in the Mishneh. The Torah is also called the Law, and is the written law. The Talmud is referred to as the oral law, and it has become the basis for all later codes or writings of Jewish law. Of all the

The multi–page website proved to be the best choice to use in allowing the researchers to be able to access the information about the nursing community's communication. I chose the website for the university–level researchers as it would allow them to be able to overview the details in the intercommunication more in depth and allow them to analyze the content of my piece further. By incorporating some visuals that backed up my claims in the improvement of communication of the nursing community, served to add my details to my content. I incorporated two videos within the website, the first video I placed in the home page to ease my audience in to my topic. The second video served to be another example of how errors occur in the work field and how these errors not only affect the patient and nurses, but the nursing community's reputation as well. In the home page I included the purpose of the website to explain to my audience what information they will look at in the next pages of the website. Heart Failure : A Progressive Heart Disease Heart Failure is a progressive heart disease when the muscle of the heart is weakened so that it cannot pump blood as it should; the blood backs up into the blood vessels around the lungs and the other parts of the body (NHS Choice, 2015). In heart failure, the heart is not able to maintain a normal range cardiac output to meet the metabolic needs of the body (Kemp and Conte, 2012). Heart failure is a major worldwide public health problem, it is the end stage of heart disease and it could lead to high mortality. At present, heart failure is usually associated with old age, given the dramatic increase in the population of older people (ACCF/AHA, 2013). In the USA, there are about 5.7 million adults who have heart failure, about half of the people die within 5 years of diagnosis, and it costs the nation an estimated $30.7 billion each year (ACCF/AHA, 2013). In the UK, reports show that heart failure has been affecting up to 2% of the population, over 900,000 people are living with heart failure, with 63,000 new cases being diagnosed each year (BHF, 2015). It costs the NHS £625 million per year, as a result of the high portion of emergency admissions, readmission and long length of inpatient stay (NHS Improvement, 2010). DH (2000) confirmed that Heart failure accounts for all cardiac admissions and the readmission rate can be as high as 50% within 3 months; also, it further estimated 50% readmission might be preventable. The two sides of this arch contrast the successes and failures involved in making the nation of Australia. A collage showing scenes of racism towards the Chinese immigrants and the poor treatment of the South Sea Islanders covers the back of the arch. The front of the arch is a formal design, displaying a influential figure that helped shape the nation and also the emblems of six colonies before federation took place. South Sea Islanders The back of the arch employs a collage, which represents the handling of the South Sea Island workers and racial discrimination, an act that many white Australians engaged in. The series of pictures are quite blurred, which shows the resemblance in memories of the South Sea Islanders. It indicates that this part of Australian history is being forgotten and ignored. Bottom right hand of the circle shows black birding (Source 33, Booklet, p.29), which illustrates Australians mistreating the South Sea Islanders. The series of inappropriate actions shown can be considered as a failure in making the nation of Australia. South Sea Islander descendant, Alf Corowa, whose words are included as an inscription, recounted the treatment of his ancestors: 'when they came on the ship they grabbed them and threw them down the hold' (Source 32, Booklet, p.29) The South Sea Islanders were kidnapped and were abused for cheap labour in Queensland, resulting in profit for white Australians made from the work of the Islanders and racism ... Consider the peacock's tail, the robin's red breast, the jay's bright blue, and the multi–hued mallard duck – all in stark contrast to the dull, drab, earth–tones of the female of each of those species. The scientific literature, from elementary school textbooks to graduate students' theses, is full of many reasons why this is so, ranging from mating practices to the protection of the offspring from danger. Humans, too, may have psychological or instinctual connections to color. One may be having a "blue day," demonstrating sadness, or it may be a "red– letter day," indicating that something good has happened. One can be "green with envy" or describe being angry as "seeing red." ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... When presented with the color red, test takers were less able to complete the anagrams and the matching tasks, they requested more easy questions, and they scored lower on the IQ tests. Further, the participants who had to move to an adjacent room walked more slowly and knocked fewer times on the door, and the motion sensors indicated they inclined their bodies away from the test booklets when the books were red. In each instance, seeing red, as opposed to any of the other colors used (gray, green, black, or white) led participants to worse performance and more performance anxiety. The researchers partially describe these results as a learned response to the teacher's red pen making corrections on homework assignments or in test booklets, and these outcomes seem to inform the need for teachers to establish red–free environments to support student ... The Intergovernmental panel on Climate Change advice for policy makers is a book with various statistics and facts about what the scientific community has been noticing about the changing environment. The hope for the panel when making this booklet is that they could help guide policy makers towards making more informed decisions about their policies and the effect it is having on the environment. While some of the evidence is almost indisputable many politicians still argue their validity due to personal beliefs or because they receive campaign donations from companies who do not want to see environmental policies change. The booklet is split up into three different parts, observations of the changes in the environment around us, future risks these changes can have, and how to manage these risks and build a sustainable planet for everybody. The booklet describes many various pieces of evidence from what they have seen around the world and have even rated their certainty on their hypothesizes. The section starts out about how the global temperature has been increasing rapidly over the past century. They also state that the reason the temperature has been rising is due to human activity and the rise in the amount of greenhouse gases that we release. The amount of human death we had so far is unknown due to the wide cause of effects the rising temperature can have. Problem Statement: Primary: Mike Hervey, the advertising consultant to BatesManor Furniture Inc., proposed the manufacturer increase their advertising expenditures by $225,000 for 2008. This would boost new product exposure, brand awareness, and enhance the quality image of the manufacturer. However, the $225,000 increase in promotions is slightly out of line with the manufacturer's policy of budgeting 5 percent of expected sales for total promotion expenditures. Even though Mr. Bates estimates higher material costs, pricing pressures, and recent wage increases in addition to launching several new furniture styles, can he find a way to juggle funds to allocate the advertising plan while staying within the company's budgeting ... Instead of increasing the expenditure for consumer behavior by $225,000, Mike Hervey may use the remaining $12,000 and take $213,000 out of the cooperative advertising allowance without affecting the budgeting policy. Thus, the cooperative advertising would decrease from $1,650,000 to $1,437,000. As stated in the case, promotion expenditures were categorized into four groups. The first group was the sales expense and administration totaling $995,500 which included salaries for sales personnel, sales managers, and clerical assistance. The second group was the cooperative advertising allowance totaling the most at $1,650,000 and included newspaper, television, and radio advertising in a retailer's city. The third group was trade advertising totaling $467,000 which takes the form of catalogs, trade magazine advertisements, booklets for consumers, and point of purchase materials such as displays. Lastly, consumer advertising totaled at $562,500 and included shelter magazines such as Better Homes and Gardens and featured new furniture and different bedroom, living room, and dining room arrangements. My second grade teacher had recommended me for the gifted program. For entrance into the program, I had to go through a round of testing. When students attend a Becker Seminar, a staff member from the Chancellors Honors Program stamps the students' honors passports, and when they complete community service, an event coordinator signs the passport to verify the student's attendance. Honors Passports are small 4x6 inch paper booklets that are issued to every student in the Chancellors Honors Program from the year 2014 and on. This requirement was a result of the Chancellors Honors Program's restructuring in 2014. Disney Cruise Line takes advantage of the rhetorical appeal of kairos to get people to go on their cruises. One of the ways they use kairos is through the description of their new cruise. The company states, "For the first time in the summer of 2014, Disney Cruise Line sails to Europe with over a dozen ports of call dotting the sunny Mediterranean," (Disney Cruise Line 24). Disney appeals to kairos by pointing out the fact that this is the first time they are offering this type of cruise. People are often more eager to go on vacations if they believe they are going to be some of the first people to have that experience. Disney utilizes this idea of being the first to make their new customers feel more special and their returning customers feel obligated to try out the new cruise "for the first time." The Disney Cruise Line again appeals to kairos in the same way about their new Alaskan cruise. They state, "We now also offer an Alaskan cruise that includes historic Sitka," (Disney Cruise Line 4). They again appeal to the idea that this cruise is brand new and that the readers will be more eager to try a new cruise. The Golden Booklet Of The True Christian Life God so loved the world that He gave His only Son, therefore a predetermined path of righteousness or condemnation is contradictory to the core values of Christianity, as it eliminates the need for the will to be saved by Christ. This shows that God does not control our actions, in hopes that we live in accordance to him. In The Golden Booklet of the True Christian Life, author John Calvin explains that our actions do affect our relationship with God. He says, "It is God's own glory that he cannot have anything to do with iniquity and uncleanness," (Calvin, 17). God would not be able to be with us if we lived a complete life of inconsideration to him that would be an uncleanly life. A Christian is called to be as much like Jesus as they possibly can. Jesus never made compromises, he didn't ever say I am the son of God so I can live how I want. For "it is unlawful for you to make a compromise with God: to try to fulfill part of your duties and to omit others at your own pleasure," (Calvin, 22). If Jesus had made compromises he would probably not have dies for the sins of human kind. ... Show more content on Helpwriting.net ... This world in which all human kind lives in is distorted and filled with sin but we are called to choose to not give in to the sin, to not conform to the work around us and prove our faith is stronger than our sinful desires. God does not control what we choose to do, he may put situations in ones lives that will test ones faith but the person themselves is in control of their fate and what will come from the challenge that lies ahead. Calvin states, "The Lord has still another reason for afflicting his children: to try their patience and to teach them obedience," (Calvin, 52). God would not try a persons patience or teach them obedience if God knew exactly what would happen, because it is in those trials that he does not know what will ... Get more on HelpWriting.net ...
