 The advertisement helps to promote the artist and the form of media production the are trying
to sell and also can create a loyal fan base.

3. ADVERTISEMENT 1: TINIE TEMPAH - DISC-OVERY
This magazine advert is very
minimal and simple however it still
grabs the target audience of
teenagers/young adults with the
eyecatching filter on the artist.
A strong sense of synergy is used
especially within the colour palate,
font which is consistent through
the digipak also.
The same costume is used to
familarise the audience with
something to recognize new artist
by.
Again the artist name is the most
eyecathing the release date is
clear.

4. ADVERTISEMENT 2: JESSIE J - WHO YOU ARE
This advert has very clear visual links to the
digipak as the exact same image is used,
also the font and costume.
The positioning of the artist name and album
name is very effective as it center's the
audiences attention to the up and coming
artist.
The advert also highlights the hit single which
will intrigue the audience even more as this a
international smash hit.
There is no clear release date which is a key
convention of an advertisement.
However there is a strong use of synergy.
I feel Jessie J has used such a simple colour
palate as she has a wide target audience as

I could not find a magazine
advert but I did find a TV
advert which highlights all the
hits on the digipak, there is a
clear use of synergy
throughout as it always
relates back to the colour
palate.
There is a clear release date
making it known when it is
accessible to the audience.
I feel that there is a TV advert
as this is a package music
prodcution
