Dr. Naveed Siddiqui is the leader of the Business Innovation and Director Academics,
3G University USA, at Genius Group Global Dubai. He has over 20 years of experience
in Education and Information Technology field ranging from designing complex
solutions, implementing them, and up to managing the Professional services team and
business.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
 Managing a team of 15 professionals at Global Learning Centre, Dubai. Responsible
for the professional development of these professionals. Responsible for the
operations and growth of the e-business integration, Application Management, Office
Automation, SAP, and Business Intelligence practices.
 Currently responsible for the Genius Group Global, Dubai, Business Innovation
Services (Professional Services) business in the United Arab Emirates and Gulf
market. Responsible for market growth, profitability, and unit utilization. Responsible
for the overall solution design and the delivery process.
 Serving as an e-business Principal. Responsible for providing thought leadership
and business growth for the Genius Group Global, Dubai.
 Held the position of Server solutions products specialist. Was responsible for
complex solution design, proposal preparation and presentation of solutions to
customer. Was responsible for managing the product server product sales in the
midrange areas between 2011 and 2016.

International University during the academic year 2003 to 2005. Was responsible for
the Computing Center of this university and the development of the new Computing
and Business Curriculum.
 Held the position of Research Officer at AC Nielson (Pvt.) Ltd Leading market
Research Company. Was also responsible the Conducting pretest for marketing
questionnaires. Organizing study of Pakistan Tobacco Company ("Gold Flake" pack,
stick blend. Managing study of Shell Pakistan for introduction of Fleet Cards

Business and Computer Science instructor and Edexcell BTEC UK Internal Verifier at
Global Learning Centre, Dubai, and adjunct instructor at the University of Bath Spa UK
in Ras Al Khiamah, and computer laboratories manager at the same university.

Centre, Ajman Campus in Educational Technology.
