MOHAMMEDYOUSUF EXPERIENCE PROFILE:-
Pursuing Masters (M.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering.(Research project has to be
submitted).Holds a bachelors degree in engineering (B.Tech) in Information Technology from
Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, Hyderabad India. (2001-2004)
Also holds a three year’s full time Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering
from State Board of Technical Education, Q.Q .Government Polytechnic, Hyderabad
India.(1994-1997).
Done High schooling from St Mark’s Boy’s Town high school, which is one of the best schools in
south India run by International Christian society “Brothers of St Gabriel”. Let me mention here
that I had received the best out going student award and was also School leader. (1989-1993)
As co-entrepreneur have 14+ years of progressive experience in Information and
Telecommunications, specialized in management of training services in application
development, recruitment and consulting services. During my tenure at Renaissance Softlabs
(Now UPTEC IDEALABS LTD) since its inception in the year 2003 I have been heading the
complete process of training and development services including but not limited to business
development, career counseling, managing academic/university and corporate relations,
recruitment management, Industrial relations, placements of trainees in relevant companies,
scheduling facilities management etc.
My first responsibility at Renaissance was to promote this concept skill development program
called IDEALABS-The Incubation Programme in engineering colleges and corporates by
conducting technology awareness and career guidance seminars by coordinating with Head of
Engineering Departments and principals or CXO’s or Directors at universities and corporate.
This was chosen and not just media promotions with an intention of keeping the promotional
or marketing cost at the lower end. In a start up environment it was challenging and yet exciting
too because you are not allowed to stick to your typical role rather you shall always be multi
tasking and be in multiple roles.
At Renaissance I have been also been part of the team in conceptualizing, IDEALABS-The
Incubation program, the then a one of its kind of training initiative in India based on innovative
ideas brought in by budding engineers. IDEALABS-The Incubation Program, which was initiated
with an objective of developing the developer’s community and to provide industry ready
resources for the fast growing need of IT/software development and Telecommunications’
Industry in India. The program’s focus was to create future leaders for innovative application
and solutions developers on multiple domains and emerging technologies.
Mohammed Yousuf- Experience Profile
The program was simultaneously offered in a bouquet of technology domains Like Mobile
Applications Development, Telecom Convergence, Embedded Solutions, and Enterprise
Solutions like CRMERP Etc.
Also conceptualized, promoted and successfully managed a high end telecommunications
training program (TNE-TelecomNetwork Engineer) offered both in wireless and wired
communication. Wireless communications including all high end areas GSM, CDMA EDGE, LTE
etc. The wired communications included Optical fiber networks fromfoundation to higher
levels. During this training we collaborated with many Telecom leaders for hands on
experiential training for the trainees which also served as productive platform for the
placements of trainees into relevant companies. This program was a huge success rate of 100%
job placements for all participants. The commercial success was so huge that it use to absorb
the total annual expenses of the company for many years.
At Renaissance I worked in various capacities and gone up to the ladder as Vice President in a
span of seven years. Part of academic and corporate relations I was responsible for recruitment
especially from college campuses for our internal team and also for various vendors we work
part of HR consulting. Apart from courses at our centre we were delivering training and
mentoring services on college campus with a concept of Incubation centre at respective
colleges. These Incubation centers were run in collaboration with respective partner colleges.
Worked as Lead coordinator for the technical employment enhancement initiatives of NIMSME,
which is an internationally acclaimed Institute of Government of India under ministry of HRD.
As Vice-President, I spear headed the Industry – Academic interaction cell at Renaissance. The
main objective of this initiative is to create a platform for engineering graduates to become
industry ready. The Industry- Academia cell works with leading colleges on one hand and
leading corporate on the other for fulfilling their recruitment needs. So dynamically tracking
updating the knowhow on emerging technology and recruitment trends in information and
communication industry becomes part of the Job.
Over the years I have delivered hundred’s of technology awareness, Industry orientation and
career guidance seminars in many premier engineering colleges across the country which
include seminars on emerging trends in Mobile application development, Design flow of
Embedded systems, Cloud computing, Applications of Identification technologies such as RFID
Smart - Cards Biometrics, current trends in chip design (VLSI) Etc.
Also facilitated and conducted Faculty Development Programs for faculty of Engineering
colleges and corporate. Since last ten years I have been also heading the business development

division at Renaissance to promote all its services which was a total techno commercial activity
and left as Vice President Business Development.
After a long term of wonderful association with Renaissance now I have started my own
consulting firm called CatalystONE Consulting Services. The focus of my firm is to be a catalyst
in the progress of universities and corporations with a special focus on the budding engineers at
university and experienced career seekers in Industry by enabling them to choose the right
career track.
In meantime given ERP consulting to many individual in taking relevant decisions on
computerization of their companies. Also been an IT consultant for a company in Malaysia.
During my stay at Malaysia I have explored and proposed business models on IT and ITC
training to business owners in Malaysia and got many applauds.
Prior to joining Renaissance I have been in sales and promotion of test and measuring
instruments for wireless, OFC and power electronics industry and was also involved in the
family business of PVC manufacturing for electrical fittings. During my education years I had
been teaching physics and engineering subjects for the students of high school and engineering
at an institution started by three of my friends including me.
