Lack of time and other resources as it was not possible to
conduct survey at large level.
The data collected may not be accurate, as the employee may
not give all the information correctly.

17. There is no good infrastructure facility so make good infrastructure is my
suggestion
There is no dress code for workers so I suggest that
There is no transportation facility provided by company to worker so I suggest
that to provide it.
Firstly identify employee skill then provide appropriate training

18. CONCLUSION
The company which I have taken training is “Amul industries pvt. ltd.
“I get all the information related to the project by the company.
During the training period, I got full co-operation of the staff of the
company. They have provided me all the information & knowledge
regarding the production, personnel, marketing and product department .

19. Learning is unending journey of life. True learning is born out of experience &
observation. So in this project also I have learnt lots of things related to practical
life & how actual work is done. I learnt to handle the pressure under difficult
situation. I learnt about the effect of training on employee performance.
In semester first & second I have studied only the theoretical knowledge but with
the help of this project I learned that how theoretical concepts are used in the really
life or practically used the all concept
