    sound, high quality products and services to help heal, cure and improve the
    baby lives."
    Masoom Sparsh’s products are basically in one main category: Baby Care
    products. The following are examples of the Masoom Sparsh product
    inventory: Feminine hygiene, First aid, Nutritionals, Vision care, Allergy cold
    and flu treatment. Products offer by Masoom Sparsh are: Baby Hair Oil,
    Baby Soap, Baby Cream, Baby Body Lotion, Baby Massage Oil, Baby Powder,
    Baby Nappy Pads.
Mission

Baby Care’s mission is to provide the calm care touch to little
angels. The company understands the value of maternity and it
zeal to offer products that provide comfort, hygiene and care.
Baby Care strives to bring smile to the tiny tots and their caring
mothers. Baby Care stands for Comfort to child, Affection of
mother, and Ease in usage.

Our vision is to be a leader and excellent brand in baby care
segment and to achieve a remarkable share in global markets
from our quality of products, innovative vision and competitive

Masoom Sparsh’s products are in one main category: Baby Care
products. The following are examples of product inventory:
Feminine hygiene, First aid, Nutritionals, Vision care, Allergy cold
and flu treatment.
Products offer by company are: Baby Hair Oil, Baby Soap, Baby
Cream, Baby Body Lotion, Baby Powder & Baby Nappy Pads.

Prices are lower than other competitors because we have to
achieve our targets well and also achieve sustainability in the
present competitive market.
•   Place
    Products will be found at the following retail outlets very soon: Big Bazaar, National
    Handloom, Vishal Mart, Reliance Mart, Sponsors, and Easy Day etc
    Masoom Sparsh products will be made available to its customers on time and on the
    right place. .



•   Promotion
•   Initially Promotional activities be initiated by offerings samples in sashes and
    through mouth publicity.
•   Also involved in many causes and advertising campaigns that encourage Baby
    Changes Things because We Care We Act.
•   Process
   Masoom Sparsh employs what they call a “decentralized management approach”.
   Seeks to focus insights into innovative new products and whole new businesses.
   Management team is group responsible for operations and allocation of resources.
    This Committee oversees and coordinates activities of baby product segments.
   We can also approach our customers through E-commerce facility.

   Headquarters will be located in Jaipur (Raj.)
   Customer can ensure quality as well as safety features.
   Packaging of product are environmental friendly as well as presentable.


•   People
    Employees, shareholders, partners, the press, analysts and the general public are
    the stakeholders in the company. Hence, we assure them the quality as well as the
    hygienic product.
Product Mix
•Length
Length of products of Masoom Sparsh is 7 as it offers seven different products to
its customers. Products are: Baby Hair Oil, Baby Soap, Baby Cream, Baby Body
Lotion, Baby Powder & Baby Nappy Pads.



•Width
Our product Masoom Sparsh has a small and upstart businesses so it does not
have a wide product mix. Also it has more start with some basic products and
making efforts to build market share.
   Depth
    Brand Line extension of products will be done by launching these products in various
    fragrance & colors. Company has three sizes of baby care products, thus particular
    brand has a depth of three.



   Consistency
    Masoom Sparsh will be selling the products in retail stores. However, all the products
    are of the same nature. Thus the production consistency of these products will not
    vary much as well.

Masoom Sparsh’s products are basically in one main category: Baby Care products. The following are examples of the Masoom Sparsh product inventory: Feminine hygiene, First aid, Nutritionals, Vision care, Allergy cold and flu treatment. Products offer by Masoom Sparsh are: Baby Hair Oil, Baby Soap, Baby Cream, Baby Body Lotion, Baby Massage Oil, Baby Powder, Baby Nappy Pads.
  • 3. Mission Baby Care’s mission is to provide the calm care touch to little angels. The company understands the value of maternity and it zeal to offer products that provide comfort, hygiene and care. Baby Care strives to bring smile to the tiny tots and their caring mothers. Baby Care stands for Comfort to child, Affection of mother, and Ease in usage.

Place Products will be found at the following retail outlets very soon: Big Bazaar, National Handloom, Vishal Mart, Reliance Mart, Sponsors, and Easy Day etc Masoom Sparsh products will be made available to its customers on time and on the right place. . • Promotion • Initially Promotional activities be initiated by offerings samples in sashes and through mouth publicity. • Also involved in many causes and advertising campaigns that encourage Baby Changes Things because We Care We Act.

Process  Masoom Sparsh employs what they call a “decentralized management approach”.  Seeks to focus insights into innovative new products and whole new businesses.  Management team is group responsible for operations and allocation of resources. This Committee oversees and coordinates activities of baby product segments.  We can also approach our customers through E-commerce facility. • Physical Evidence  Headquarters will be located in Jaipur (Raj.)  Customer can ensure quality as well as safety features.  Packaging of product are environmental friendly as well as presentable. • People Employees, shareholders, partners, the press, analysts and the general public are the stakeholders in the company. Hence, we assure them the quality as well as the hygienic product.
  • 9. Product Mix •Length Length of products of Masoom Sparsh is 7 as it offers seven different products to its customers. Products are: Baby Hair Oil, Baby Soap, Baby Cream, Baby Body Lotion, Baby Powder & Baby Nappy Pads. •Width Our product Masoom Sparsh has a small and upstart businesses so it does not have a wide product mix. Also it has more start with some basic products and making efforts to build market share.
  • 10. Depth Brand Line extension of products will be done by launching these products in various fragrance & colors. Company has three sizes of baby care products, thus particular brand has a depth of three.  Consistency Masoom Sparsh will be selling the products in retail stores. However, all the products are of the same nature. Thus the production consistency of these products will not vary much as well.
