This document discusses isolating and characterizing microbes from various milk products to study their industrial enzyme production. The project aimed to isolate Lactobacillus from different milk sources and characterize them through Gram staining and biochemical tests, which identified the presence of Lactobacillus.

 The aim of this project was to isolate,
characterized and do a comparative study of
Lactobacillus from various source of milk
products.
 Characterization was done by using
conventional Gram’s staining and
biochemical tests which have shown the
presence of Lactobacillus to be positive.
