The Warm-Up
The Warm-Up is absolutely ESSENTIAL to do before
doing the Jelq. NEVER do the Jelq without the
warm-up, the same way you'd never run a
marathon without warming up first. You don't want
injuries. Besides, not doing the warm-up will lead to
minimal gains.
To do the warm-up, you will need a face cloth or
small towel. Wet the towel with warm water until
it's soaked all the way through and hot, but not too
hot to handle. Now wrap the cloth around your
penis and testicles. At first, this may feel a bit odd
and perhaps slightly painful, but if it happens, it
doesn't last long, and you'll get used to doing it very
quickly.
Keep the cloth on for about one minute. Then resoak it with hot water and this time, keep it on for
about 2 minutes. That is usually all it takes to feel
loose enough to start. However, if you still feel you
2. need more time, repeat the process until you feel
ready to continue.
How to Do the Jelq
You should now be ready to perform the Jelq. There
are two ways of doing it – lubricated and nonlubricated. I recommend you start off with
lubrication, at least until you get the hang of things.
“Dry Jelqing” is the same thing as lubricated Jelqing
with the exception of lubricant. It is a much more
challenging movement to master and skin irritation
may happen, but once you master it, it can be a
snap. But again, for now, let's begin with lubricated
Jelqing.
Here are the steps:
• Apply the lubrication to your semi-erect penis.
(Most people prefer Vaseline, but other choices,
such as baby oil, KY, etc. may be better for you.
Make sure you use a lube your skin can handle)
3. • Grab your penis between your fingers and thumb
using the “OK”Sign, so you're trapping any loose
blood in your penis.
• Starting with your right hand, start at the very
root of your penisand with a firm (but not
uncomfortably hard) grip, “milk” upwardsfrom the
base towards the tip of your penis. When you reach
thetip with your first stroke, but before you remove
your grip, grabthe base with your left hand and
release your right hand. Followthe same procedure
with your left hand, until you reach the tip.Repeat.
On your upstrokes, be sure to keep all blood
movingupward.
• Keep this stroke action going in a continuous
motion for 15-20 minutes (per day, every day).
Intensity should beProgressive (start out soft,
squeeze harder as it gets moreComfortable). If you
can't handle 15-20 minutes when you first begin, do
it for as long as you can. PRACTICE CAUTIONABOVE
ALL. Jelqing is most comfortable to do sitting down.
4. The way Jelqing helps you grow is that the
repetitive “milking” Motion engorges (swells) the
cells in the area, and when those Cells are repaired
they are able to hold a lot more blood,resulting in
a larger penis.
I'm happy to report that expansion should be seen
within the first few sessions – in many cases, in your
very first session! But don't be disappointed if it
doesn't – as long as you keep Jelqing, you WILL see
significant growth.
Again, it's normal for a temporary increase in girth
before you achieve permanent results. You may
also experience temporarily weaker erections while
practicing the Jelq. Speaking for myself, it took me a
little over two months to see permanent gain. I
practiced the Jelq faithfully and I'm 2 inches bigger
than when I started. Not a big deal to some – a
HUGE deal to me, and I trust that it will be to you,
as well.
