Critical Bench Review – All Hype or Does It Work?
This program was developed by Mike
Westerdal, BS, CPT, and consists of
three Critical Components. The Master
Manual will show you how to increase
your bench weight by 50 pounds in 10
weeks. The exercises in the manual are
well diagrammed and explained,
step-by-step, and designed to quickly
build lasting muscle.
The basic training regime is also
detailed, and will quickly help you to
achieve the results from your workouts

second component is the Customized

What Can I Expect From This Program?
By focusing on increasing the amount of weight that you’re lifting on the bench press,
