OSHA compliance
 Engage in monthly meetings with department managers regarding the
implementation of new policies/procedures, increasing productivity and improving
employee morale
 Handle all aspects of workmen's compensation including yearly audits, filing
claims, proper filing and posting of logs and forms
 Prepare payroll by inputting hours worked and benefits, i.e. sick, vacation time into
timekeeping system. Processes bi-weekly payroll using Paychex system
 Review monthly billing reports for employee benefits
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable:
 Approve, enter and pay invoices. Create and distribute bi-weekly payable reports
 Create and distribute bi-weekly and monthly labor and inventory reports
 Reconcile credit card accounts
 Approving and Sending Out Monthly Customer Billing.
