mineral rights to be paid to customers.

Senior Administrative Assistant – Provided support for Director, as well as management team and 80
employees. Included responsibility for Director’s calendar and communications, managing scheduling
priorities, scheduling travels and managing expense reports (American Express & Visa), ordering of
office supplies. Created and formatted Power Point presentations, as well as assisted with general
computer needs in Windows XP, Windows 7 and Visio.
TRANSCANADA US PIPELINES (continued…)
• Coordinated 8-10 events and meetings yearly, on and off site, for up to 80 people. Interacted with
venues and caterers. All meetings were within budget, went smoothly and received positive
feedback from participants and the Director.
• Designed PowerPoint presentations for Director, managers and employees, which were in
compliance with company marketing standards. Resulted in impactful presentations which
consistently received positive feedback.
• Organized internal department moves for new-hires and internal transfers resulting in minimal
loss of productive time for the employee.
• Re-structured and organized department filing of over 5,000 files that had not been organized in
12 years. Purging some and sending others for off-site storage to meet FERC (Federal Energy
Regulatory Commission) requirements to avoid fines. Dramatically increased productivity by
facilitating access to needed information.
• Prioritized conflicting demands of Director and managers, consistently meeting all expectations.
• Facilitated discussion to resolve conflict between two co-workers, resulting in a smoothly
functioning team.
• Initiated and conducted one-on-one training and support of 60 employees for new Windows 7 roll-
out. Eliminated the need to engage outside trainer to answer questions.
• Coordinated first ever department participation in fundraising efforts (Juvenile Diabetes Walk-a-
thon and March of Dimes Walk), engaging 40% participation which not only raised funds for
charity, but increased employee morale.
