Terms & Conditions:
Traceability: Calibration certificate issued by us establishes Traceability to National & International Standards
Delivery: 3-4 days with prior appointment (depending on qty) from the date of receipt of sending the instruments.
The Instruments should be cleaned and well packed·.
Demurrage: If the Instruments are not collected within 30 days from the date of Proforma Invoice, the demurrage
will be charged@Rs.lOO/-per week per consignment.
Payment: 100% against Proforma Invoice. IfTDS is deducted then TDS certificate should be submitted at the time
of payment.
Material Handling: Extra at actual. We don't hold ourselves responsible for any damage /loss after the good are
delivered to your representative / Transporter / courier.
Insurance: To and fro by you. All transit risks are to your account.
Octori: Extra at actual. Octori is applicable, on the declared value of instruments. Please note that we are not
responsible for hold-up instrument at Nagpur Municipal Corporation, because of incomplete documents with the
consignment for Octroi clearance at Nagpur.

Service Tax: 12.36% on total bill amount
Jurisdiction: All disputes subject to Nagpur Jurisdiction.
