Besides Aerospace UT processes, Aerondi has
developed a specialized UT inspection process
dedicated to Bearing Rings.
Fast inspection rate combined with high sensitivity
being the challange in this application, we are
now able to inspect cylindrical and tapered rings
up to 800 mm in diameter and 600 mm in height
with very good results in both quality and speed.
Aerondi has been qualified in 2016 by Schaeffler-
FAG for inspection of the very critical WPOS
products.

the aerospace industry, is increasingly applied in other industrial sectors such as
energy, while for the automotive industry the standard CQI-9 (AIAG) is increasingly
