Internal e-mails are used to communicate with co-workers about events, banquet event order (BEO) formals, what events are happening at the property. Sales and Marketing : External e-mails are to communicate with clients, potential clients, vendors, and companies. Internal e-mails are for the use of all co-workers such as front office to block rooms, to inform housekeeping about amenities for VIPs, and banquets. Persuasive letters are use to convince clients to use to property for their meetings and/or events. Front Office: External e-mail are used to contact guest about accommodations, inquires about room stays, to get flight information, and to send appreciation for their business. Internal e-mail are use to send out up dates on hotel occupancy, guest food allergies, safety concerns, and accommodations.
