TYPESOF SENSE ORGANS
There are 5 sense organs, they are
 Eyes
 Nose
 Ears
 Tongue
 Skin.
 Eyes are two in number.
 They are useful in seeing
objects.
 It consists of different
parts.
 Without these we cant see
anything.
 This is one of the
sense organ used to
smell.
 It is made up of soft
bone.
 It’s inner lining is
covered by hairs &
mucous.
 This organ is meant
for hearing sounds.
 It also consists of
different inner parts.
 Among all ear drum
is important for
hearing.
 This organ is present inside the
oral cavity.
 It is useful in tasting food materials.
It consists of taste buds.
 It is divided into different
 parts for different taste.
 It is the major organ
covered all over the body.
 It consists of different sub
parts like dermis etc.,
 Useful to sense the objects.
 From this the hair
originates.
 These sense organs are useful to
perform the various functions like
 Taste
 Smell
 Hearing
 Seeing
 Touch.
The human body is an amazing thing !
Human beings and other living creatures
learn about world by using their sens.
Separately , each sense can gather
information but work together.
