Sr. Recruiter
I was the recruiting lead for this large hedge fund/private equity organization. I creatively
sourced financial professionals skilled in merger arbitrage, distressed/credit strategies, private
equity and venture capital. I was also responsible for staffing back office, administrative and
generalist positions within the firm. I replaced executive management of portfolio holdings,
industries ranging from a regional grocery store chain, a national niche toy company and a Tier 1
automotive part manufacturer. I was the key recruiting leader of these portfolio holdings,
implementing our processes into the new organization. Working with the Managing Partners of
2. the fund, I designed the full recruitment process for the firm – from skills assessment testing to
interview performance data capture to post hire performance metrics.

Managed the North Dallas office of this national accounting and finance recruiting organization.
I trained and managed a staff of up to 5 recruiters while running a full desk of my own. This
branch placed contract, contract to hire and direct hire accounting professionals. I had full P&L
responsibility for the branch.

Financial Consulting Recruiter
I launched the CFO consulting division for this DFW based recruitment firm. My clients were
Dallas based companies of all sizes and industries. I developed relationships and identified
scenarios where high level CPA and CFO type candidates could be utilized on an
interim/contract basis.
