1. Vice President of Managed Services

related best practices, is staffing a strategic leadership role in the Managed Services business/profit center. This center contains a
staff of fleet and regulatory compliance experts who clients rely on to off-load the time consuming/complex tasks of managing driver
safety and vehicle compliance.
Reporting
Position reports to the Vice President of Operations & Business Services/COO.
Location: Corporate Headquarters in Neenah, WI, in the heart of the rapidly growing Fox River Valley area. Ranked consistently as

Position Overview
The Vice President of Managed Services oversees customer service, product management, service delivery and technology related to
the services offerings in Managed Services. The following departments will report to this position: Major Accounts, Primary
Accounts, Trip Permits, Technology, Product Management, Billing & Finance and Operations Support.
Responsibilities
Lead, develop and coach multiple teams and leaders.
Deliver results in line with the following key metrics/accountabilities: gross margin, operating profit, revenue/hours worked,
client retention, client loyalty, associate retention and revenue growth.
Lead customer interface efforts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, support and regulatory expertise are in place to
maintain our platinum brand and reputation.
Collaborate with sales executives to handle large contract negotiations.
Diversify product management offerings outside of fleet services to include innovative packaging of our solutions.
Collaborate with corporate Data Security Manager to ensure client data security measures are in place.
Serve as a resource to business partners by providing knowledge and expertise in support of corporate plans/initiatives.
Carry out responsibilities in a fair, ethical and non-discriminatory manner and ensure that staff follows these same guidelines.
Set budgets and manage expenses in line with departmental budgets and corporate business conditions.
Enforce and support company policies and procedures. Fully support the company’s commitment to safety and the environment
and strive to maintain a clean, healthy and safe workplace.
Requirements:
10+ years’ experience in a large service operations, customer support and/or service type environment.
5+ years’ experience in senior management role, leading a team of managers.
Experience handling large contract negotiations, working with field-based account executives and revenue accountability.
Ability to lead cross departmental project teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Lean management principles a plus.
Experience managing multi-shift operations.
Ability to travel 25% nationwide.
Bachelor’s degree in a business related field required and a MBA or Operations degree preferred.
