77% of employees say flexible work options would enable them to lead healthier lives.
86% of workers believe they would be less stressed if they had a flexible job.
SALARY ISN'T EVERYTHING
One-third of job seekers report being willing to take a 10% pay cut for a job they are passionate about.
58% of employees would stay at a lower-paying job if it meant working for a great boss.

•What do you think about the cultural misunderstandings explained in videos 3 (Gery) and
4 (Brian)? Have you ever suffered a cultural misunderstanding or know someone who has
experienced one?
•If you analyse your habits and tastes as well as your family, friends, colleagues, etc., ways
of doing and thinking. Can you find any homogeneity? Can we talk about a one-
country/one-culture reality?
•What are your opinion/experiences in multilingual and multicultural environments?
•How would you manage multiculturalism in the workplace? Would you promote
monolingual or plurilingual communication?
