according to Islamic Perspective
 SURAH AL-ASR ALLAH ‫وتعالی‬‫سبحانہ‬ Himself taking the oath of
Time.
 By Al- ‘Asr (the time).
 Verily man is in loss.
 Except those who believe, and recommend one another to
the truth, and recommend one another
to patience. (Surah # 103, 30th Para)

5.  Allah says in Quran:
 Among His Signs are the Night and the Day, and the Sun and the
Moon. Adore not the sun and the moon, but adore Allah, Who created
them, if it is Him you wish to serve {Fusilat, 37}.
 Allah (s.w.t) also says: See them not that we have made the Night for
them to rest in and the Day to give them light? Verily in this are signs
for any people that believe! {Al-Naml, 86}

 Be an Early Riser
 Schedule Your Day Around the Five Daily Prayers
 Prioritize and Be Consistent
 Hasten in Doing Good
 Honoring the Time of Others
 Prophet (SAW) also said in one of His Hadiths:
 “Take advantage of five matters before five other matters: your youth
before you become old; your health, before you fall sick; your wealth,
before you become poor; your free time before you become preoccupied,
and your life, before your death”

mentally at their workplaces.
> 1 hour of planning will save 10 hours.

to work or study on Monday mornings.

 Allah, the Almighty and His Messenger, Prophet Mohammad (s.a.w), very

 Both the Qur'an and the Sunnah enjoin Muslims to be conscious of time.
 We must value time to seek the pleasure of Allah, the Almighty. For our
guidance and success, we must never waste time nor abuse it.
