The Dark Knight Rises:
The film The Dark Knight Rises is a
collaboration of many different producers as
it has many different aspects of comic it has
many heroes and villains which is not easy to
manage by one production group since it has
different characters with different intentions
with in the movie. The movie is a
collaboration between Warner bros. pictures ,
Legendary, dc comics &Syncope. The
producers and filming crew companies are
shown in the first 40 seconds, they are
shown to attract a bigger audience since the
are world wide known famous companies
and they are trusted in many countries to
produce great comic films and non comic
films. The movie starts with a short scene of
a memorial for a character that had died in
the previous movie, the film goes black and
strait to quick moving shot of a open grass
field and a car driving on it. With in the car 3 mashed men are shown and a few
body guards escorting them this is meant to build up audience curiosity about the
men to get them hooked , it moved strait to a scene of a male character standing
in front of a blue air craft, the highly protected car reaches the site and the male
character in front of the plane clams to be CIA and commands the body guards to
put the masked men on the plain which lead the audience  to feel the their might
be a crime involved.  The CIA officer is shown screaming at one of the masked
man and asking him questions this build up the audiences suspense and makes
them think about who the masked men may be, the plains door opens and the
masked man is placed on the edge the CIA officer scares him to take out
information which the mask man doesn't answer which leads the CIA officer to go
for the next masked man an as soon as the officer starts to question the second
man the third man starts to speak about fear this is made to make the audience
feel like the masked men are highly pain gun men who are loyal to their
employer, but strait after the third mans mask is taken off and the man claimed to
be a highly wanted man telling everyone on the plain that no one will survive
aside from him, this is meant to make the audience feel like a scene is going to
come on and prepare them for the beginning of the movie as it is filled with
action.
Mise-en-scene:
The mise-en-scene in this dilm is very unusual, the movie is based on a man who
dresses up as a bat and protects a city called gotham. The film is an action
movie and has a lot of props such as the batmobile, bat cave, many bat based
weapons and many other equipment which the super hero uses whiles in action.
Editing:
The editing in the movie is very realistic, We see a lot of special effects and cgi
like buildings exploding and the crazy explosions. This is all done to keep
audience engaged and anxious to find out what might happen next. Also the
production company is warner brothers, this is done to brand the film and allow
audience to have some kind of trust in the movie as they will be able come to a
conclusion that this is a trustable well known production company.
Sound:
The sound effects in this movie play a big roll as we said before the editors have
put in countless hours to create special effects and cgi but it is also accompanied
by very precise sound effect which automatically engages the audience, by using
sound effects the editors could raise the volume of an explosion to make it seem
important or the could dim the sound of the explosion to make it seem like its far
away from the batman.
Cinematography:
The filming of this movie is very intense and that is very important as the use
different types of shots to portray different scenes and actions with in the movie,
the movie starts with a close up of two men talking then goes to a long shot of
an airplane flighting, this is done to allow audience to understand the
surrounding.
The Green Hornet:
The film starts with a introduction of the movie
spongers and producers in a brief .The film
spongers and producers are world known
Colombia in collaboration with Original Film, by
using well known companies they attract
audience and increase the chance of the
movies success.
In the opening scene of the fill you view a child
holding a action figure possible his idol outside
a window while he's being driven to his fathers
news firm, by doing this the producers bring
back memories for the audience from when they
where children because every child wanted to
be a super hero at one point. Upon arrival the
child is accompanied to his fathers office just for
it to be revealed that the child has been sent
home from a school fight (this is another way of
showing that children always want to be some
kind of super hero), the child get yelled at and given lecture by his father about
fighting. The next shot shows that the story now takes place 20 years later and
starts off with a criminal meeting. By using such shots as the first shot the
producers can make the audience interact with the characters with in the movie
scene, its know that every young boy or girl wanted to be like their idol which
could possible be a super hero which helps us understand that the movie is
aimed at a older age group possibly ranging from 16 till around 35 this is due to
the first few shots. The movie comes out as a action movie which sets the genre
and help the audience understand how the movie is going to be just by watching
the first 3-4 min.
Mise-en-scene:
The mise-en-scene for this movie is mostly realistic but they do have a few
pieces of props that might have been exaggerated and some explosions as well.
The film is based on 2 characters one has super powers and the other is an
ordinary man but they build equipment themselves and the have created a car
that is practically indestructible, the car has bullet proof glass, bullet proof tiers,
ejectable guns and ejectable seats. By doing this the producer intertains the
audience and allows them to understand the power of the super heroes. The
suits are a significant prop as they allow the audience to understand immediately
that this is a super hero movie. The urban setting is typical of the genre it
encourages the audience to anticipate that they will see destruction and they are
also able to see the people that it effects.
Editing:
In the first few opening minutes the title sequence is shown to us as Columbia
Pictures and Original Film which leads the audience to have a sense of trust that
the movie will be great this is due to the popularity and expertise of the
production companies. The editors also have used different special effects to
enhance audience entertainment and help them engage with the film, this is done
by adding a lot of special effects like building and cars blowing up the elements
makes the movie interesting and appealing to many. For example the Green
hornets car was shown upside down in a sand pit while being buried and yet they
manage to escape by using ejector seats, this is done by the editing team and
creates suspense among the audience and leads them to question wether the
heroes are gonna survive or not.
Sound:
Sound plays a important roll in The Green Hornet as it allows audience to interact
and feel as if they are in the scene, Sound effects within the movie create
meaning to the scenes like when the green hornet crashed his car into a drug lab
the car crash sound was really loud making the audience feel like they just
crashed a car (it makes the movie more real). It is also used in the start when the
villain enters a night club and leaves a bag which explodes when he exits, the
scene starts off quiet allowing the audience to have a calm mind set then it goes
to him shooting people which the have raised the volume of the gun shots to
make it more interesting and engaging for audience, then he exits the building
and in the back round he see a hug explosion and the sound of it was also raised
to increase audience awareness.
Cinematography:
The movie had a lot of different scenes with different shot types, by using
different shot types the producer of the film could allow the audience to increase
the feeling of a real experience just as if
the where in the movie, this is done by
allowing the audience to see the
surroundings and the characters with full
details.
Wolf of wall street:
The film starts with a introduction of the movie
spongers and producers in a brief 35 seconds .The
film spongers and producers are world known
Paramount in collaboration with RED GRANITE
PICTURES, by using well known companies they
attract audience and increase the chance of the
movies success.
The opening sequence in this movie comes a
advertisement for the characters stock exchange
company which is named “Stratton Oakmant, ink”
by doing this they attract a large amount of attention
as people usually think of the stock market as
money. But it doesn't end their, the film producers
shows the extravagant life style the character lives
which include women, exotic cars, massive houses
and the abuse of drugs and money. What keeps the
opening sequence interesting is that it starts with a amazing life style then goes
to show you that he was not always wealthy which i think attracts the audience to
the movie as they would want to learn and watch how this person “The Wolf Of
Wall Street” made all this wealth. What makes this opening sequence so
intruding is the shots with in it come from through out the movie which is a kind of
teaser for the audience to stay attached and what makes this really special is that
its genre ranges from action to comedy and drama which attracts a larger age
group but most probably the film is based on attracting men.
Mise-en-scene:
The mise-en-scene in this movie is supposed to make the audience feel like the
characters live a wealthy life style, by doing this the producer could interact with
audience due to the fact that everyone wants to live a lavish life style. By
showing off expensive houses, cars & yachts they make the audience jealous
and more interested in watching the film. Most people want to live a expensive
life style and by showing nice props such as money, gold, cars …. the producer
links with the audience.
Editing:
In the first few opening minutes the title sequence is shown to us as Paramount
Pictures, Appian Way Productions and Red Granite Pictures which leads the
audience to have a sense of trust that the movie will be great this is due to the
popularity and expertise of the production companies The editing in this movie is
fairly simple as its supposed to make the audience feel like they live such a life
style, The editors keep the shots very well attached making them look like one,
by this they engage with audience allowing them to have a sense that they are in
the movie.
Sound:
The sound in this movie changes a lot depending on what the protagonist is
doing, by doing this the make the audience fell more interacted with the film they
do this by playing calm music or increase the volume of a sports car racing down
the street. By doing that the producer is allowing the audience to feel the car just
as if the audience is sitting inside it.
Cinematography:
The movie had a lot of different scenes with different shot types, by using
different shot types the producer of the film could allow the audience to increase
the feeling of a real experience just as if the where in the movie, this is done by
allowing the audience to see the surroundings and the characters with full details.

Editing: The editing in the movie is very realistic, We see a lot of special effects and cgi like buildings exploding and the crazy explosions. This is all done to keep audience engaged and anxious to find out what might happen next. Also the production company is warner brothers, this is done to brand the film and allow audience to have some kind of trust in the movie as they will be able come to a conclusion that this is a trustable well known production company. Sound: The sound effects in this movie play a big roll as we said before the editors have put in countless hours to create special effects and cgi but it is also accompanied by very precise sound effect which automatically engages the audience, by using sound effects the editors could raise the volume of an explosion to make it seem important or the could dim the sound of the explosion to make it seem like its far away from the batman. Cinematography: The filming of this movie is very intense and that is very important as the use different types of shots to portray different scenes and actions with in the movie, the movie starts with a close up of two men talking then goes to a long shot of an airplane flighting, this is done to allow audience to understand the surrounding.

In the opening scene of the fill you view a child holding a action figure possible his idol outside a window while he's being driven to his fathers news firm, by doing this the producers bring back memories for the audience from when they where children because every child wanted to be a super hero at one point. The next shot shows that the story now takes place 20 years later and starts off with a criminal meeting. Sound: Sound plays a important roll in The Green Hornet as it allows audience to interact and feel as if they are in the scene, Sound effects within the movie create meaning to the scenes like when the green hornet crashed his car into a drug lab the car crash sound was really loud making the audience feel like they just crashed a car (it makes the movie more real). It is also used in the start when the villain enters a night club and leaves a bag which explodes when he exits, the scene starts off quiet allowing the audience to have a calm mind set then it goes to him shooting people which the have raised the volume of the gun shots to make it more interesting and engaging for audience, then he exits the building and in the back round he see a hug explosion and the sound of it was also raised to increase audience awareness.
