 Sunrise meeting with Production, PPC, Quality, Store Dept. 
 Ensure material availability on line as per plan or issue list 
 TS audit preparation and closure of audit reports(OFI& NC) 
 Inventory Analysis in SAP ( In plant and In Transit Inventory) 
 No Production loss due to material feeding on line 
 Cycle counting & IOR Coverage - As per PI / IOR Plan from IA, Stock accuracy - A class -100%, B- 90%, C-75% 
 One part one location, identification of parts, Proper Material Handling, FIFO racks 
 To Raise SM & NM parts list to MPL for IUT, SPD, conversion & disposing 
 To improve packing of materials as per packaging norm 
 VOR service within 24 hrs, Spares service within 48hrs, MRM & Inter unit matl transfer (48 hrs) 
 Rejections and Scrap material disposal within time frame, Returnable bins. 
 A Class items receiving as per ASN * excess inventory list circulate to Concern persons 
 Shortage report update daily indicating next 4 days requirement 
 Daily report ODC, packing conditions of receipt materials 
 Preservation audit, 5S audit, House keeping 
 Monthly inventory verification and reconciliation (PI and IOR) as per plan. 
 Addressing customer concern on continuous basis. 
 Leading the project team. 
 Process control and Audit. 
 Suggestion scheme and cost management implementation. 
 Work allocation and skill matrix. 
 Skill matrix preparation & check sheets preparation for improving the employees work efficiency .Development of 
 Development of new tools & system to reduce Manpower & increasing Efficiency. 
 Maintain FIFO, Kanban and 5S systems. 
 100% adherence to SOP & TMOS for improving products quality and smoothly work process. 
 Taking Meeting on daily basis with team for their motivation & work Distribution.

 Highest Production Target Achievement in A Month and in single shift by best performance efficiency in store 
handling & material line feeding for Ashok Leyland Company.

 Purchase, Engineering, Sales & Dispatch departments in order to meet 100% Customer Adherence. 
 Received material in pallets from Supplierand saved the Line feeding delay problem.

 Inventory control – Deciding the Max-Min. Stock requirement (days/week) level inside the store as per area wise 
(JIT, Local, Import & other). 
 Store Improvement:- Improving the store by unique VCS (visual controlling system) and implement great 5s 
system for easy material handling and zero line stoppages.. 
 Cost Saving:- Improving the skill of staff by multiple trainings and reducing the manpower from NVA (Non Value 
Added Activities) activities/areas. By giving the priority to “Quality” persons not for increasing the quantity of 
manpower and reducing the Staff & Casual manpower approx. 20-30% 
 To produce Vehicle with 100% direct pass and reduce defects at zero level . 
 Production board (Hourly PDCA) & Line loss format updation. 
 Productivity Improvement, Cost saving, Time reduction & quality Improvement under TEI scheme.
