Role: Warehouse supervisor
 Administrating all duties of Team leaders, Stores keepers and Helpers effectively (120 Staff
members).
 Review and coordinate daily activities of the team to ensure execution of accurate and
efficient material requirement planning.
 Compiling and analyzing information on consumption of all the items and advice utilization
of the same for cost effectiveness (High value and critical item)
 Checking daily reports of all the transactions of Stores. (Receiving / Issuing / Inter
Warehouse Transfers and all other MIS reports).
 Ensure proper storage of items with hygiene standards and make sure to follow FIFO.
 Expense analysis/Budgeting of the department and comparison with the forecast.
 Reporting to Warehouse Officer and Logistics Manager
 Looking after complete operations of In-bound, Out-bound, put-away, storage, SKU’s,
customs, freights and warehouse staffs.
 Briefing all the staff about the work, safety and priority before starting the shift
 Overseeing daily stock transfers of in-bound and out-bound of the main warehouse.
 Allocating and assigning the work to staff as per the priority and requirement
 Briefing the staff about replenishment and pick face and same implementing on the ground
 Maintaining the staff’s time for orders picking, packing and dispatching (Time & Motion)
 Successfully monitoring Quantity Quality Control (QQC) in the warehouse by assigning a
team to overcome discrepancies.
 Everyday serving almost 250-300 orders in the shift
 Helping Inventory department to do periodic stock count
 Doing planogram ahead of the occasion
 Educating the staff about health and safety.
 Created the excel sheet for items tracking and updating/following it closely.
 Running the operations with around 90,000 SKU’s/PLU
 Undertaking special projects as per the direction of the management such as cataloguing
free issue goods.
 Coordinating new ERP solution implementation, critical stock transfers during peak season
of the business.
 Clearing containers and shipments from cargo-documentation and field work
 Time monitoring of staff (in & out) & Warehouse security – Admin support
 Attending the management meetings if required, to discuss various problems
 Duty allocation of staff according to the situation of tasks ahead.
 Preparing daily warehouse reports and submitting warehouse plan leaves.
 Meeting with department leaders and solving issues facing them in managing their

allocated staff and ensuring departmental weekly reports are submitted.
 Update contact and personal staff contacts and information to ease the communication
channel in the work Diasporas.
 Submitting daily warehouse mini report to warehouse seniors on general shift performance
through time utility.
 Generating system reports for stock status item based enquiries, Inventory functions.
Resolving issues through warehouse staff by passing entries.

 Played a vital role for re-mobilizing the warehouse from DOHA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT
(DIA) (Storage Capacity of 2000 pallets) to HAMAD INTERNATION AIRPORT (HIA) (Storage
Capacity of 11000 pallets with Automated Storage Retrieving System of 10000 bins
(ASRS)).Planned, helped and mobilized the shop from DIA to HIA. Managed and launch
brand new shops in HIA by supplying the stocks in a planned manner
