 Responsible for the development and setting up of supply chain infrastructure including Logistics operations and
distribution centre(s) of Lava within a short span of time.
 Responsible for achieving improvements in the operating efficiency and cost base of the supply chain infrastructure
by reviewing asset locations and usages, undertake benchmarking and competitive tenders and conduct periodic
rate reviews.
 Development and implementation of the supply chain strategy, reviewing and updating the supply chain strategy in

 Headed a team of 15 people in warehousing, planning and distribution.

3.  Developed and implemented proper process for controlling project related inventory at sites – resulted in saving of
approx. US $ 0.50 mn.
 Achieved reduction of problem inventory to < 5% from > 15% levels within six months of taking charge of
operations.
 Reduced stock variance levels at the warehouses from 7% to < 2% levels through implementation of proper stock
management procedures at the warehouses.
