JOB PROFILE
Sourcing:
• Understanding of Requirements given by the Clients
• Source the candidates using Portals like Monster, Naukri , etc.
• Sending mass mails to relevant candidates.
• Source the candidates through reference and database
• Match and shortlist the relevant profiles.
Screening:
• Screen the candidates to check their technical skills, work experience and
communication skills.
• CTC, Notice period, academic credentials and relevant experience.
Interacting with candidates:
• Sending shortlisted candidate’s profiles.
• Scheduling Interviews
• Co-ordinate with candidates for the interview till closure.
• Convince the candidate with regards to salary, relocation and related issues in co-
ordination with client.

2. Post offer follow up:
• Continuous follow up with the offered candidates to make sure the prospective offer
is converted into a closure .
• Co-ordinate with the client and candidate’s queries and changes in the date of
joining.
Client Interaction:
• Coordinating with HR Clients and Associates
• Maintaining Existing Clients.
• Sending the quality profiles to different clients according to the requirements
Team Handling:
• Handling a team of 3 members
Reports:
• Maintain tracker sheets client wise, requirement wise for candidates sourced through
portals.
• Maintaining the recruitment information system: Number of requirement details
received from various clients, interview scheduled list, list of candidates selected/
Rejected with the reasons.
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly proper MIS reports such as interview status reports, feedback
reports.
