interests, experience
• Levels of communication become barriers
• Deadlines and urgencies block out important
and more trascendent matters, contingency
eats up creativity

• It made me realize I was not the only one frustrated, I
could tell my colleagues were anxious, they felt
excessive pressure, they showed me some things I had
overlooked at and they used this interview to complain
about being overloaded and it was really difficult to
keep it as an interview
• I would say it was a very difficult assignment, not
because I could not emphatize but because it was
really hard to separate ideas from feelings, objective
from subjective, urgent from important and personal
from professional
