4. WHYYYYY?
• The reason why I have chosen my models to wear the suit is
because I want them to posses a sense of responsibility and
professionalism
• The white shirt connotes a sense of innocence, which even though
they are young girls/women, they are still pure and are opening the
restaurant for good intentions, not just for profit.
• The black suit jackets connote the sense of sophistication the two
girls have despite being young adults.
• Even though the girls are still young, but after opening up their own
business, they taken up responsibilities that adults cannot cope
with.
• Since the location of the restaurant is kind of “laid back” and
relaxing, the suit will contrast the two attitudes of the restaurant.
• The first attitude is that the girls are hoping that their customers
feel welcomed and comfortable while being at their bar.

5. When would the costumes be worn ?
• Costume one- Ask Africa Shoot and Tale of
two cities (Crystal)
• Costume two- Tale of two cities (Helena)

6. • While the second attitude is what they posse mentally, which is where
their professionalism comes in. Even though they are young women and
are from different countries/ having different backgrounds, they can just
be as independent and successful.
• The skirt of the second outfit tones down a bit o f the professionalism,
which brings out a rather feminine side of the girls.
• The skirt itself is an “A-line” styled skirt, which flatters all body shapes,
giving the character a sense of confidence and to embracing all body
types.
• The pair of black high heels is a traditional stereotype of what females
love. Despite being successful owners of a bar, the girls are still girls, they
love to look attractive and beautiful. Which in a way empowers females to
look professional, confident and enhances their features as well.
• The black tights are for styling, as the autumn is approaching, the weather
gets quite cold in the afternoon, and in order to ensure my models won’t
get cold, I think wearing tights helps that.
