Location Release
 A location release is to be signed by the owners of the
shop/business when private companies or individuals would
like to use their business for other purposes.
 I would need their permission before the start of my production.
 I would need to prepare 2 location release for Ratcliffe College
and also the cookie.
 I wouldn’t need a location release for Leicester Market as it is a
public place.

Location Recce
 A location recce is to be signed by a represented of my photo
shoot to see if the location of the shoot is suitable
 It also involves if the location has any potential light, sound
issues that may involve in the disruption of the shoot.
 I would need to prepare a location recce for both Ratcliffe
College, The Cookie and Leicester Market.

Risk Assessment
 A risk assessment is to be done and signed by the person who
is in charge of the shoot.
 The reason for doing risk assessment is to see whether if the
location used has any potential hazards that can harm anyone
involved in the production.
 It involve with the weather, equipment, surroundings etc.
 I would need to complete a risk assessment for all my
locations, which includes Leicester Market, Ratcliffe College
and The Cookie.
