2. For my film, two filming locations were required. One was supposed to be a
run down, old looking street that will give the film a dystopian feel. I wanted
to leave room for improvising regarding this location since it will be outside,
in a public place, where we might get often disrupted and bothered by
numerous bypassers and cars.
The other location is a regular apartment in which day-to-day activities are
carried out. This was to be done either in mine or a friends apartment, since
we had parent permissions for filming there.
I had to find potential filming locations that could be used for filming and
conveying the mood of the film opening properly, but also are accessible and
we are legally allowed to film in them.
