Over the last 6 months I have been interning for Rich Products as a Transportation Intern. A little history of Rich's is that it was founded in 1945 by
Robert E. Rich with Rich's Whipped Icing. The company is 100% family owned and is the largest privately owned frozen food company in the U.S.
with about $3.7 billion in annual sales. Over the years they have grown and added many international locations. Interning at a company this large has
been a great experience.

with other transportation knowledge taught in supply chain/logistics MGT321 course. This position was in their Customer Service and Logistics

landscape made up of rocks ranging several hundred meters in height and consists with rich biodiversity and a habitat to many types of wildlife. The
ridge extends 725 km in length from Queenston on Niagara River through densely populated areas like Hamilton, Milton to Tobermory at the tip of
Bruce peninsula (CanadianEncyclopedia). The escarpment exists in a horseshoe shape around Michigan and dates back up to 430 to 450 million
years ago when the area lay under a shallow sea, which is referred as the Ordovician era by geologists. It was formed through different processes of
erosion by weathering and streams and deposition of different particles. Today it well known for one of its numerous waterfalls those lie within, known

There are many natural places all over the world. One of the places I have been to, and really enjoyed, is Niagara Falls. This place is absolutely
amazing. It has amazing sights and scenes, as well as other fun tourist attractions. Going on the tour at Niagara Falls taught me a lot about the site. I
love this place because everytime I go there I am sent to this place that I could find, it just takes me away I went to Niagara Falls when I was about 12. I
stepped out of the car and just hearing the incredible sound of the Falls, I was taken. It was so loud, just a huge roar of all the water going over
the edge. It surprised me because I didn't think it would be that loud. It only got louder and louder as I got to the rail by the edge of the fall. Seeing
the view of the falls took my breath away. Between the blue of the flowing river water, the white of the rough water falling over the side, and the
mist of the water splattering off the rocks at the bottom of the waterfall, I was taken by its glory. Add on the view of the city too and it was just an
amazing experience for me. When I went on the tour I was told a lot of facts that I found very interesting. For example, on the American side it is
1060 feet long and 176 feet tall. It would be about 70 feet, but on account of the rocks at the base it is 176 feet. Also, the American side has a
volume of about 150,000 US Gallons. Being as young as I was, I was super impressed with these numbers. They told me that they are two
hydroelectric plants in the area that change the volume of water that flows over. The volume depends on the time of year and the time of day. The
heaviest flow is travel season, June, July, August, during the daytime. I found it incredible that these plants could change the flow of water of
something as grand as Niagara Falls. There are so many other things to do in the Niagara Falls area other than just going to the railing to see the Falls.

Growing up in the Pacific Northwest of the United States has ignited my passion for hiking and being in nature. For a greater portion of my life, I
have lived next to Multnomah Falls and all the beautiful hikes that surround it. My absolute favorite hike in the Columbia River Gorge area is
Punchbowl Falls. It is 5 miles and leads to a beautiful waterfall that people can swim in. Conquering this hike takes almost a full day as it is mostly
uphill and once people finally find the waterfall, they do not ever wish to leave. Most of it is on a cliff's edge, which can be intimidating, but as
people hike higher, they are able to see incredible views of thousands of trees that never end. If that isn't beautiful enough, the site of the waterfall is
breathtaking. My first time going on this hike, I could hear the water of the waterfall roaring, much like my excitement to capture in its beauty. When
I witnessed the waterfall, I noticed it runs off about a fifty foot cliff and I saw others jumping off it. After many minutes of standing on the cliff's edge,

Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. A wonderful place, the falls themselves being one of the seven natural wonders of the world. The roaring water, mist
spraying from below, seagulls flying through the sky; One happy place. That was, until my family took a tour, three–hundred plus feet in the air, the
aero–car being only attached to wires, stretching from boarder to boarder. A day filled with happiness turning into a day of fear.
A fear of heights plus being three–hundred plus feet in the air with complete strangers, probably wasn't the best idea. It was a beautiful day, with a

By the basic definition, something is rare when it either does not occur often or it is not found in large numbers which adds to its interest and
value. The rarity of an object can be argued by different groups of people. This causes debates about what should be considered rare and to what
degree of rarity an object is. If said object is classified as rare, what should be done with that object or idea and how, if at all, should it be preserved.
In this essay, I am going to question the idea of rarity and show why rarity should not be used as a way to regulate environments. One view of

A Brief Note On Cataract Elementary School Website
There were several sources used to obtain information provided in this report. The first and main source used was from the Cataract Elementary
School website. This source provided information concerning the school, and academic affairs. Another source used was my personal experience of
walking around the school, and taking note of pictures, and children's artwork on the walls. Also from personal experience, the mission and school
mottos were obtained from seeing the school walls, and were included in this report. Another source used was The Niagara Falls School District
handbook, providing a plethora of information regarding school rules, activities, and community service opportunities for students and families. Two
sources were used concerning NYSED data assessment. The last two sources concern strategies to use in future years of teaching, providing great

Today, nostalgia is defined as a wistful desire to return in thought or in fact to a former time in one's life, to one's home or homeland, or to one's
family and friends; a sentimental yearning for happiness of a former place or time (nostalgia). There are very different views on nostalgia stemming
back in history to the 17th century to today. For those unfortunate souls that embraced nostalgia from the 17th century to the 19th century, their
nostalgia was viewed as a disease in which harsh treatment should be given; however, today's nostalgia is embraced to its fullest through objects,
music, and my favorite, through pictures and video (Beck). It is quite typical today to look around and see someone capturing a picture or filming
a video of something; all of which primarily are using their mobile devices to do so. Today, technology has allowed society to capture something at

Shaw's works were only sporadically performed before 1962. This changed when lawyer Brian Doherty offered up the idea of having a theatre
company attributed to Shaw the way Stratford was to Shakespeare. The company was created as "A salute to shaw" to help give the town a financial
boost. In the year of 1962 Doherty was named both artistic director and producer bring the shows 'Don Juan in Hell' and 'Candida' to the stage.
Throughout all of the changes in titles Doherty worked on "A salute to shaw" that produced a major milestone on June 12, 1973. That milestone being
the opening of the new Shaw Festival theatre by Queen Elizabeth herself. During this time Calvin Rand arts Professor from the University of Buffalo

Before me was a breathtaking sight. The pictures I had seen prior to my vacation did not even begin to do this natural wonder justice. Water

My Travel Experience : My Experience In My Life
In the past sixteen years in my life I have traveled to fifteen states and one other country. I traveled across the United States to New York, Ohio,

The areas of investigation were focused to the west of Douglass battery, chosen based on an 1804 watercolour painting by Edward Walsh (see figure
1). In the painting, three buildings are observed in the background, which prompted the survey of the suspected area. A grid was set up in the area
with flags being placed at an interval of five meters. These intervals were test pitted down to the subsoil and the contents screened through mesh. The
test pits, which revealed building material, were used to co–ordinate three different areas that would be excavated. Units were placed within each of
these three spaces, laid in a way to maximize the area that would be covered. Areas one and three were supervised by teaching assistants Katie
Anderson and Duncan Williams, while area two was under the supervision of Dr. John Trigs. All soil that was removed was screened through wire
mesh and artifacts were placed in plastics bags with the provenience labeled on the front. The season lasted six weeks, beginning from May 11th, to
June 5th 2015. At the end of the season, all units were backfilled with soil, with plastics sheets being placed in specific units to protect features.

This escarpment is considered one of the natural wonders in Canada and a great place for a little family trip. This allows families to spend time
together while exploring one of the oldest and the largest geological areas. There are several landforms to visit at Niagara Escarpment.Some of these
