 Skilled in operating instruments like HPLC, FTIR, UV, Viscometer, pH, Karl Fisher,
Viscometer and other technical instruments
 Practical knowledge of regulatory systems like MSDS. GMP, GLP and SOP
 Good knowledge of Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)
 Excellent at conducting chemical experiments, tests, and analysis using techniques such
as chromatography, spectroscopy, physical and microscopy
 Proficiency with micropipettes and aseptic techniques, plating and staining

 Responsible for pre-operational inspection, changeover inspection, ATP swabbing
 Implementing hold procedures, making work orders, and Calibration of instrument

 Inspecting the obtained raw materials in the productions area
 Monitoring the processing temperatures, tetra pack, processing time, and parameters
 Inspection of Brix, pH, acidity, Vitamins and soluble solids
 Collecting Micro samples from CIP, and performing ATP swabbing
 Recording the results and reporting to the QA Manager
