monthly activity & taking sign-off from the client and manage is according to the client.
Validation of Input received & seeking clarification before processing employee F&F or
Regular employee from client and updating Investment declaration & proofs which are
updated by employees.
Maintaining employee master database on regular basis.
Co-ordaining with development team about client recent requirements on software
features.
Support to client by phone and remote desktop (Ammyy Admin or Team Viewer).
Client document creation like Appointment letter, offer letter etc.
Software up gradation and Installation of Software at client side or online.
Provide Software training at client side or online.
Leave and Attendance, Reimbursement, TDS Return, PF & ESIC, ESS module (Employee
self-service) etc.
Preparing Pay slips, Pay sheet and statutory Reports like PF, ESI, Professional tax etc.
Handling reimbursement bills that include verification of medical bills, LTA forms and
other reimbursement bills.
Handling Investment proofs for Salary Taxation Purpose as per Income Tax Law.
Maintained a Key Role in Doing the Coordination of all operations & Updating the
progress to the Management.
Provide basic guidance in the design and development of system parameters for
configuration.
Analyze client requirements and consult with internal project team, development, or SME
where appropriate to identify best solution.
Consulting around all NuView Modules and set up.
Implement Standard Security Roles.
Manage specific action items.
Testing of customizations before delivery to client.
Consult with client and internal teams around best practice to meet client objective.
Create functional specifications for client customizations, with guidance
Review functional specifications with development team.
Maintain regular communications regarding project issues, risks, and needs with Project
Manager.
Classify problems as system, training, or process and recommend appropriate resolution
path to the Project Manager when necessary

PRODUCT NAME: - WEBPAY
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
Webpay is a Payroll-HR software, web based Payroll-HR software along with recruitment
and appraisal system. With WebPay Payroll Software you can mark the attendance from
Time Access machines viz. Biometrics etc., calculating unlimited Salary Components,
generating Pay-slips with password protection (and various other salary reports),
generating PF reports, ESI reports, Tax reports according to end User Requirements.
Webpay has an ESS (Employee Self Service) module with which employees can log in to
the software and check their salary slips, salary structure, leaves balances, overtime,
reimbursements, important documents, news, best employee of the month etc. The
employee can also send leave request, reimbursement request, chapter via investment
declarations, overtime, documents, exit interview, and choose pay components like
Sodexho etc.

Library Management System has been designed to automate, manage and look after the
over-all processing of even very large-scale libraries. This software is capable of
managing Book Issues, Returns, Magazine/Newspaper Subscriptions,
